I like the idea of touch screen, app, longer warranty, and sleeker design of the A3500 but the flickering screen when it's on makes me a little nervous...

Can you make almond butter in the small 8 ounce cups? I just got mine and it was an epic fail as there was no way to push the nuts around. I got finely ground nuts but not creamy enough for nut butter.

Can you convince Vivamix Company to introduce 48 oz (and other equipment) onto the Europen market? It even seems that buying them from US market will not solve the problem as they are not working due to SELF DETECT system. Please help us Europeans :)

While these are all nice. The Vitamix 5200 is what most chefs use in the kitchen. Most of the bells and whistles are not necessary at all. I have a Pro 750, but prefer to use my old 5200 mixing jar and a smaller 32 oz jar. Remember, it is not necessary the machine that is impressive the most important thing is the food that comes out of it! I know, there is a market out there for those who must have all the buttons and dials. In my opinion, less is more.

Yes make it; a bit of arrowroot flour, a pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt, and a few dates thicken and flavour it. SILK is a better brand; the first to dump cancer related Carageenan. My Vitamix pulverizes nuts and seeds; remaining pulp is great for making nutrition bars, or added to cereals. Recently I went back to Organic Non GMO Soy Milk; fewer additives, better calcium and protein profile. The high price of Almonds is a rip off, started with a crop failure scare in 2015 that never happened. Joe's sells for $ 6./lb but my daughter found another supplier, $ 30.00/10lb.

why would somebody go through all that labor, if you can simply dry it with a dish towel right after you wash it. I do that every single time: wash, rinse with HOT water, pour it out (there are then only a few drops left over), take a towel and wipe it clean. NO-ONE can tell me that they have no time for that. I takes only SECONDS. Oh, right! People who always point out that they have no time for ..whatever.., spend hours watching TVclip videos about how to clean a cloudy Vitamix container. And then spend hours on »trying« to get the container clean.

I have been doing a lot of research before deciding which Vitamix to invest in. I am leaning towards the e310. I don’t want the extra settings or digital controls. I don’t mind the louder blender. It is for me and my husband. The only thing is that I want to eventually make small baby food portions. This makes me lean towards the ascent series for the smaller container sizes. Would the e310 be able to make baby food sizes? Does the slimmer container help with that? Thanks!

Hi, I just recently purchased a E310 with my own money. I was watching your hot cocoa video and was wondering what is the equivalent to the presets for vita mixes without the presets?

Since the white is not metal, is it louder than the stainless one? Cuz you mentioned one of the reasons some of the vitamix is quieter than others is because of the metal. Thanks !

Great video! It's the most detailed, personalized, sophisticated, fair vitamix videos I have watched. Actually I just got my vitamix like a week ago. (btw I watched your video before making the purchase and now I am watching it all over again). I got the refurbished A2500 on Vitamix website, used it everyday since I got it and am confused and considering change to another model. 1. It's relatively louder than I thought, I download a BP app just to test and showed about 115. Is it normal or it's because of the refurbishing/model? 2. I mostly using it only for smoothies, 95% , so like you said, the wide 60 oz container is not the best on working for that. So I wondering if I should just exchange to 5200. Or do i get another container, since I didn't buy the smart scale? (although i am thinking about) 3 When the blender is working, it always get onto the lids. A lot of videos show the smoothies dont, because they were recording downwards, above the lid without the mini lid cover. Wondering if its working properly. 4. I don't have kids now but probably would in the future. I know my questions all sound so stupid but I am just always getting entangled even I have purchased something. And Vitamix associated are super rude, not helpful, non-reply....etc. Would you please help here, whether I should exchange it, if so, which one you suggest?

I saw there were a number of negative reviews for these cups, but was convinced before ordering, people just weren’t attaching it correctly. I’d already watched this TVclip video on how to line up the arrows so the machine would detect the cups and jars. So I was greatly disappointed when I received the cups and jars when none of the four would work, no matter how perfectly those arrows lined up. But before returning them, I gave Vitamix Customer Service a call. They’re awesome to work with. They explained, the trick, is to place the blade assembly to the cup or jar, and tighten. Forget about lining up the arrows that are too hard to see anyway. She said they don’t matter. Then place it on the base, hold the blade assembly with one hand and give the jar one more little twist . . .it’s instantly recognized. Now I can use both jars and both cups, and all four work 100% of the time. I do think the literature that ships with these, as well as youtube videos, need to be corrected. There was a recall in spring of 2018 and I suspect an engineering change occurred. But follow those instructions and your jars and cups will work exactly as they’re supposed to. Please consider updating the information in this video. It’s no longer relevant.

Hi, Can you covert into Litres and Ml whenever you speak about Ounces. You don't have to say it, a screen display would do. This is from your cousins in the UK.
