    Dear Nick, hope all is well! I want to tell you that I really like your recipes, especially Macarons and so excited to try them out. However, I want to buy a stand mixer to get perfect results and I'm not sure which one to buy as there are a lot of options out there. I would really appreciate if you can tell me which model are you using.

    You're amazing, bab. I found your channel last night and now I've subbed to it, your insta, and your FB. My favoirte so far was your cheesecake Easter egg cupcake because I'VE BEEN WANTING TO DO EXACTLY THAT FOR A YEAR but I never thought to use the Kinder eggs as molds. <3 <3 <3 You're beautiful.

    And ofc I've got a question for you. It's about Braun handmixer. Unfortunately now I can't afford a big mixer but I need the good one for the next 3-4 years. I saw it on your website and what to ask you as a user: how do you think will it survive? :)) through all these meringues and etc.. I want to cook a lot and I don't want to burn it :)) I also saw "Maison" mixer in some recipies. But you chose Braun for your equipment list.

      Hey there!

      I love my Braun hand mixer. I've had it about a year now and It's never skipped a beat. It cost about $100, but it's a good investement because like you said, you don't want it breaking down. A hand mixer can be a great tool in the kitchen but it can't do some tasks like whip up an italian meringue. That takes 10 min to whip and even using a hand mixer can make it a tiring task. :0)

    I've been watching this with my wife-to-be pretty much non-stop for days. We're having the best time!
    I would love to see some sort of "dragon's egg" theme for a cupcake... maybe with metallic or marbled colours. Or metallic marbled colours! :)

    I just started making and decorating cupcakes. I'm so glad to have discovered this website. Great ideas and beautifully decorated cupcakes. One cupcake I'm interested to make that I don't see listed is orange cupcakes. I'll just use the vanilla recipe and add some orange zest and extract, but it would be fun to see your take on an orange cupcake.

      Also, I love how the base of your cupcakes start with the dry ingredients in the mixer, adding wet ingredients later. It's so much easier (and less messy) than trying to cream the butter and sugar first, then adding the dry ingredients to the stand mixer.

    Are there any reasons for you to use Italian method to make macarons? 'Cause I looked through all the macarons videos, and you only used Italian method.

    I love your work but would love to see both macarons and cupcakes done with honey comb, my fav and also both in a coconut something. we watch you videos as a family, truely fun to watch lmao. we are a gluten and sugar free house so watching your chanel is as good as it gets for us lmao.

    My little nephew is having a birthday coming up and I was asked to do the cake and cupcakes. I was thinking chocolate or vanilla cake with honey buttercream frosting (because It's pooh bear themed.. He's turning 2) But I don't know how to incorporate honey into the frosting without it being too runny (I need it pretty stiff because the cupcakes are going to be be hives) So I was wondering how would I make a stiff enough honey buttercream frosting? Everything I looked up has been too soft. I know powder sugar but I'm afraid it would over power the Honey flavor or make it to sweet to palate. Any suggestions or tips? It really would be appreciated.

      Thanks for answering! I know that baking gluten free isn't easy. The texture especially is often quite different (seems to often be more crumbly). I hope you can figure something out sometime though.
