    The whole point of dry aging is to intensify the beef flavour and tenderise the meat. Surely adding a ‘funky’ cheese taste takes away from that? Also, if the flavour is that great, why is it being cooked in butter, thyme and garlic?
    The characteristics of Wagyu beef are tender meat and intense flavour.
    This is basically a hipsters wet dream. Expensive = good.
