      @Pumpkin Yes i understand dry aging prevents the growth of bacteria. I've always wanted to try aged beef. I figure if chefs can legally sell aged beef it must be safe. I've often wandered who first discovered/ popularised aged beef i might try aging some myself at home Alton Brown has an at home tutorial on dry aging steak.
