Josh specializes in teaching people from all walks of life how to master practical knowledge and skills. In his talk, he shares how having his first child inspired him to approach learning in a whole new way.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. So this is how u guys can master or learn any skill u want .
Just practicing isn't enough practicing smartly is the real Win Win
    Steps:-
1.DECONSTRUCT THE SKILL:- what this means is to just break the particular skill into many small parts and to focus on that , learning from micross and therefore we should always start it in a beginner's mind . This helps us in understanding each and every aspect required for that skill .
Learn Enough To Self Correct :- This means we should always see that what's the thing we can correct it in that skill no matter what it takes because repeating the mistakes twice is a foolish act .
3.Avoid Barriers To That Skill:- This means that if u are investing 20hrs in that particular skill u only have to be particular and fosuced on that skill rather than spending half of the time in Ur phone, TV ,etc
4.Actually Practicing for 20hrs:- Sincere practice is the main role hero over here and u have to invest Ur time in it . If we can practice it to this period we are sufficient enough to gain the skill
AND AT THE END SMART PRACTICE MAKES A MAN PERFECT

As an elearning specialist (~7000 hours) I can say, t's unpractical tip. These "4 steps to acquire a skill" won't work for you from step 1 - deconstruct a skill. If you are not an expert, it's impossible for you to that. You simply don't understand, of how many parts this skill consists, all the more you don't understand, which of these parts are essential and should be learned first. To deconstuct a skill you have to be an expert :) If you want to learn, why so, you can google "SOLO taxonomy" (or Bloom, or any other etc).
Exception - something popular - for example, playing ukulele - which is already deconstucted for you in videos and courses of all sorts.
So if you really want to learn something, step 1 - find an expert, so she/he deconstructs a skill for you.

30 minutes. I learned how to skateboard at least the basics. Far from being an expert. Imagine 20 hours. Things I also used are associating experiences of equivalent skillls like bicycling, taking risks, and safety practices. Thanks.

    2. Aprenda o suficiente para se corrigir.
    3. Remova as barreiras da prática.
