Where will Ron Rivera be coaching next season?

    • David Hernandez

Coach, Rivera is not a bad choice I would go with a fresh face Baylor Coach MattRhule he is a CEO
type of coach that he gets to the top & bottom of the GMEN issues. Plus, he coached there in 2012 & he is similar with the tri-area. And DG is not impressive with free-agents signes. I would go with Colin
Ariz.Cardinals GM., Steve Karim a B-B+ president of player-personal drafting ballers.

The Herd with Colin Cowherd I don’t see why any coach would even want the job, it’s clear and has been clear for 10+ years that Jerry Jones is the problem in Dallas, that’s never gonna change, who wants to deal with that drama I wouldn’t

I honestly don’t like the idea of Ron Rivera as the ny football giants HC he doesn’t fit to me from that standpoint and the next coach should be an offensive line coach but we’ll see what happens

This is not news. Jerry Jones is the problem in Dallas and has been for 25 years.

  • May I take your hat sir

I specifically remember Colin telling Baker to his face that he throws an accurate ball, and suddenly he doesn't? Huh?

Why is Collin always referring to money, like nobody cares about your analogy’s that’s all he ever does. “It’s like” “People do/“People don’t” acts like an all knowing prophet and that his life experience is better then everyone else’s because he’s on TVclip lol

    Structural deficiencies = Jerry Jones

  • David Wicks

Ive felt the Giants have had a structural problem for years

  • Randolph Johnson
    Randolph Johnson Month ago

I disagree totally. Jerry Jones has won three Super Bowls. I suspect the Structure was the same with Jimmy Johnson and Barry Switzer, the difference is the team spent money and brought in the best players, thus giving the team the best chance to succeed. Forget the salary cap we all know it exist, but there are ways around the salary cap. Like the Pats yea they sign Brady to 20 mill, but his might be getting paid 30 mill, for the season as ten million has been hidden in off season workout. Dallas, Jerry and Stephen has gotten greedy. to the point the players are not being blamed for quitting on the coach never mind hey scored 17 points in the fourth quarter...The players haven't quit, the Fans have QUIT believing the lies they are being feed, but the NFL, Refs, Coaches, Sports anchors, and the Teams Leadership...Throwing your players under the BUS IS A GREAT SIGN OF LEADERSHIP...

  • Randolph Johnson
    Randolph Johnson Month ago

Blew right passed it but Jason was a qb for the Dallas Cowboys, in the NFL. So why is Dak struggling. I mean his head coach is a former NFL QB. You would think Jason would take Dak (and Cooper Rush) under his wing...So Jason should still be blamed for all of the QB struggles in Dallas...

  • Randolph Johnson
    Randolph Johnson Month ago

I would disagree Dallas is not talented. Yes they have some good players, but they are far from a team that has a passing game that strikes fear into the hearts of the opposing team. Look at how defenses have lined up when facing the Cowboys each week. eight man fronts. Our offense is Zeke Elliot, the same as it was least season. Yea Cooper had some big games, but it is not like Dallas has many yards after contact...Witten might average 2 yards after contact. Cooper, Cobb, and Gallup might have slightly more while I would guess Jarwin and Zeke leads the team in yards after contact. If you do not have guys who can break tackles in the NFL, then you don't have threatening players...Dez forced teams to DOULBE HIM if not TRIPLE HIM and that made it easier for ZEKE and DAK to have big games...

  • Randolph Johnson
    Randolph Johnson Month ago

You talk to much. Dallas has a culture deficiency. Dez told you that much and you discredited him, now here you are tooting the same tune.

There is an ideal coach that nobody seems to be talking about. What about Bryan Harsin from Boise State? Ok, laugh for a minute, but then hear me out. What has Coach Harsin done at Boise other than win football? He does it without the high recruiting power that the big boys have too. How does he do it? He is disciplined and he knows how to develop players and coaches that go on to be very successful. He has a knack for taking down the big dogs by executing things at an elite level. Yes, Harsin was the offensive coordinator that called the plays shocking Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl. He was an OC for a short spell at Texas before taking head coaching roles. Look at all of the players that he was instrumental in developing from hardly recruited, to household staples to programs in the NFL. Look at the coaches that have coached under him and the successes that they are having. Elijah Drinkwitz who is leading Appalachian State to a fantastic season, was an OC under Harsin. Defensive Coordinator Andy Avalos at Oregon, same story. Laugh, but I believe Harsin could a Rockstar Dallas Cowboys coach. He could help continue to develop a young Kellen Moore into the OC we have dreamed of, caught glimpses of, but are still hoping to see put it all together.

The main difference between Dallas and Cleveland is not that Dallas are bigger or better looking it's the fact Dallas are still top of the NFC East. And Cleveland are 5 games behind Baltimore and 2 games behind Pittsburgh who are on their 4th string qb.

look I'm not wishing this on him in anyway but WATCH. when Jerry Jones passes away the cowboys will start becoming a good team again. not that they don't have talent but with jerry's restraint over the team they are limited.
