    I admit I was skeptical when I read the title and was looking for something fishy. Well, never showing a "before" picture is pretty fishy. Sorry but I don't buy this. The only way you can create a 3,6000 a day calorie deficit would be to eat nothing and still spend 5-6 hours doing cardio. Basically, impossible. And if you are losing more than 2-3 pounds a week you are definitely losing muscle mass. Sad you would set people up to fail with an impossible goal just so you can get some TVclip clicks.

    unless u were eating 0 calories a day and doing like 2 to 3 hours of cardio on an empty stomach,or eating a regular 1800 calorie diet and doing like 5 to 6 hours of cardio.....i find it hard to believe u lost a pound a day......

    Start of the year I weight 320. Through the course of the year with set backs from loosing jobs to getting hurt and not working for months. I have skyrocketed to 385!!! There is no way I could run for miles...

    God Bless you . I loved the end of the vid when ya said you are now at the top of the Mountain ,you looked Healthy and confident and ya couln`t give a shit brilliant . Thing is you were always at the Top of the mountain but ya never knew it ,it was your Mind that said different .The Mind is everything in life ,if ya say you can`t do somethin then ya will not do it .Modern life breeds Depression ,sittin at a computer all day long just aint natural and not as many people do hard physical work which gives ya a natural high . A simple way of getting fit quicker when ya run is to add another lamp post each day or an extra minute to your run ,do it in small amounts and you will not notice but at the end of a week you will have ran much further . Fantastic story so anyone out there feeling low here is the proof that you can do it and this goes for people that have had Alcohol problems and Drug problems .Remember one thing it is always the Mind that gets you there .You can do it I know ya can

    I'm in this dilema, I'm not sure. I want to lose weight. My weight is 240 lbs. I was 180 I feel it that it's time to leave my frustrating life but I always find something that stops me to do it. I have an idea if I start to run in the mornings and taking care of good nutrition I think I can make it.     Lean Cuisine isn't bad. It's low calorie. If you have a lean cuisine for a meal. And that's hot meal. Maybe throw some chicken in there, some other good stuff, it can be a pretty good thing
