    I Croatia we take the whole small pig (15-20 kg),put it on a stick , and then bake it on open and small fire for few hours , it tastes fucking amazing :)

      Put it under the broiler for a few minutes, watching it very carefully. It will crisp right up.

    Why was no olive oil used???? It looked little RAW to me and greasy. I do not like that type of meat , to much fat in it.
