    Deboning a chicken is pretty easy actually. I did the same pepin method a few years back for the 1st time and it only took about 5 minutes... It is impressive for people that arent really cooks or didnt go to culinary school and it gives a nice presentation when stuffed.

    Kinda ok, but a chicken debone challenge for me means deboning the chicken while not cutting a single piece of meat out or making a long incision. basically getting a "bag" shape that you can use to make stuffed chicken. Including the wing tips. Now thats a challenge! I have seen this done by my father in law and it is quite demanding, but so tasty. Cheers :)
