    I made it today. But instead of pork I used tofu with Zucchini. And I added the water before the bean paste. And I forgot the sugar.
    It did not taste good at all. But I archived to have a meal tasting sweet, sour, salty and foremost: bitter!
    I am so sad about the poor ingredients 😭

    looks sooooo good!!!but i tried jjangmyun at 2 restaurants,both does not taste good. the first taste like thick salty soy sauce,the 2nd taste like typical wet fried noodle. i'm so gonna cook this by myself later..hope it turn out welll

    You shouldn't rinse noodles if your putting them in a sauce, the sauce won't stick as well as it would if you hadn't rinsed them.

      +lexi utti hmmm maybe start with 1/2 tablespoon? then taste it and see. The bean paste is already salty, so it might depend how much saltiness you want. Add a teaspoon of sesame oil in the sauce at the end will add a lot of flavor too :)
