    I just made this, so good! I did add a bit of fake Wensleydale cheese when I turned it over. The veggies with balsamic were the best but.

    Sorry, a question: the first part in the oven, is ist for 15 oder 50 minutes? In my german book is written 50minutes, but I guess its a fail and means 15 minutes...please help...

      When you made it was there any liquid in your pan after the first 50 minutes of baking? I ask because I made it too but used different tomatoes like Roma tomatoes because that is what I had on hand. There was a lot of liquid in my pan that I did not drain. I followed the rest of the directions and the puff pastry was beautiful until I turned it over. The liquid from the pan made the pastry soggy which was still good but I don't want soggy puff pastry. I want crunchy. The vegetables were out of this world good! I have another batch in the over tonight. Used the correct tomatoes this time. Just put it in the oven so I don't know yet if there will be a lot of juice. What did you experience and did you use the same kind of tomatoes Jamie used?
