The video presents 3 animal postures in Kalaripayattu - horse posture, elephant posture and wild boar posture. These exercises are excellent for hip mobility and hamstring flexibility. It is also an extreme workout for back muscles and core muscles.
Moreover, you will find here exercises, which help you improve BRIDGE POSITION by opening the chest and shoulders, and mobilizing the back.
