    I just made some chili sauce out of a random chili mix i am used to buying. I've never made sauce of it though and with added garlic, mustard and onion it is incredibly spicy but with sirup and apple cider vinegar it just hits my mouth with a whole symphony as you called it. I also added some bland tomato sauce, some fresh tomatoes and some carrots. It's really really good on potato soup and bolognese but i have to try it in some other dishes too.

    I've paired hot sauces with steak for years. I usually do it as part of a marinade but that's just how I roll.
    I'd have never thought of hot sauce with ice cream though. I certainly try it, because what the hell why not, but I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.

    The worst and best part of you guys is one thing. Netflix should hire yall cause I want 30 mins rather then 10-15 mins of a show and your show is way to good to pass up. the worst part is netflix isnt seeing the amazing youtube shows and signing them. Ya'll are the ones that need to be signed.

    Hot ones got me into hot sauces. Decided the first sauce to try was Da Bomb, had many co workers join in, then got a hotter version of da bomb and Maddog 357. Followed by a collection of hot sauces

    just a thought: fans/critics/watchers may say Sean is cold, but really it's a lack of transitions. That said, keep being awesome Sean. I personally don't mind it (considering, I'm a self proclaimed heatonist), but I can see how others might think that he may be rather cold or whatever, but if you love the magic of hot sauces, you should not be "worried" about "transitions." KEEP UP THE GREAT INTERVIEWS AND BADASSERY, SEAN!

    Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE hot sauce! Still I don’t need to pair anything when I got Hot Ones Fiery Chipotle and Secret Aardvark Habenero Hot Sauce in my fridge. Sure they aren’t the hottest, but NOTHING beats them for the combo of heat, flavor, and versatility.

    For eggs I just use srirracha and chili flakes. Macaroni I'd go for sambal oelek. And for the steak, I have some weird limited edition handmade swazi fire that doesn't overtake the flavours but is crazy intense in heat.

    I love hot sauces and know a bunch of them; some of my favorites are Arizona Gunslinger; Chalulla, Siracha, Dragons Breath, Thai sweet chili sauce. If you really like hot stuff; come to Albuquerque in Feb (I think) as that is when we have the Firey Foods Festival.
