Cheers for this, I have been researching "goal setting theory pdf" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Seyrayson Startling Scheme - (just google it ) ? It is a smashing one off product for discovering how to achieve your ultimate life goals minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

    *I do speak 5 languages.*
And I couldn't help myself from relating to this video on everything she said...
While learning all of the languages that I do speak today, I had the same fear she's talking about every single time, but eventually I overcame it.
What I did in order to do so was to find my self a friend that was native on that certain language that I was aiming to learn (I found myself using this tactic more than ever especially with English) and just talk to them about anything that came to my mind at the time.
In the beginning like any other beginning it was always difficult, but I knew that they wouldn't judge me for trying, so I kept going, until eventually I gained the sufficient confidence and courage to the point that I didn't even cared anymore if I committed any mistakes or not.
And from that point on, there is only one way to go, and that's improvement!
Turns out I already had the vocabulary and the knowledge but I was lacking the confidence.
I made a major improvement in these last few months and the video on my channel is a prove of that, in case any of whom might read this comment want to check how bad my English used to be and compare it to this comment which took me like 3 minutes to write.

I'm from Spain, here we have a terrible English level, this year I will go to the university and for be admitted in my career I have to have a certificate, this certificate is something like a document that say I have a good level of English, and this is why I'm here, I think the best way of learn a language is practising and speaking with someone that knows the language .

A language is a tool and an art form. It's free how to use it. Saying it's a mere communication tool to get a result is wrong in my opinion.

What I find daunting is the fact that there are so many different words to say one thing. Most of the times I used the wrong word and that leads to misunderstandings or I don't always understand colloquial English.

Thank you so much! I really know that I don't speak English well. Sometimes i talk to some Vietnamese who can speak English well to improve my English skill, they understand what i say but some of them always complain about grammar or pronounciation. So i am afraid to talk to them in English. But Your video help me more confident speaking English. Now i will always focus on my goals.

This is amazing, she explained it so well! I'm from Brazil, but my family is from Argentina. Even if I perfectly understand spanish, I'm always so afraid to speak it because I always think my sentences won't make sense or that I'll accidentally say things in portuguese. I'm going to Argentina next month and I was SO nervous that I almost decided to keep quiet the entire trip and let my family do the talking, but this really helped me. I just realized every time I speak with a native spanish speaker, I spend the entire time thinking what to respond instead of truly listening to them. I'll do my best to communicate and express myself in this trip, even if I embarrass myself and even if I have to use very basic sentences.

I’m Polish and I have learnt English since I remember. Now I’m going to start new job where I have to comunicate in English. That’s scare me. Why? I was judging my whole life. By teachers, by schoolmates etc. This movie motivates me so far. I hope that I will be more „relaxed” in English speaking. :)

OMG. This is it. I’ve been having trouble with Speaking in English because of this kind of attitude. Every time I speak English I’m so intimidated and nervous ends up failing focusing who I’m talking with. Nervousness stops me using my full English language skills. I’ll try not to focus on myself from now on.

As some mentioned, almost korean need to approach how to learn english in the new way.
In my view, english is not our mother tongue.
In this video, the teller said English is one of tools to communicate with other people.
I'll do my best to improve my ability until that tool become mine.
