I want to teach you how your teeth can remineralize and repair naturally by modifying your diet. Cure Tooth Decay TM is a professionally published 250 page book, as well as an instructional website by dental health author, Ramiel Nagel.
Five years ago my daughter's teeth started to crumble apart. Rather than subject her to painful dental treatements, I shought to find what really causes tooth cavities. After painstaking trial and error, I found a program that really worked. To share information with more people, I wrote a book, Cure Tooth Decay.

Wow. I have severe tooth decay due to malnutrition and started Green Pastures butter/oil mixture and started eating organ meat and bone broth soup. I had an abscessed tooth and the abscess is now gone. The dentist told me previously to pull all my teeth and get dentures, but something didn't sit right with me.So I decided to try to heal my teeth. The pain in my teeth has stopped. I have some teeth that have broken off, as they were so deeply drilled previously. But I will keep on eating healthily and monitor the situation.

Ramiel... Thank you!! This is amazing information information! Ive been pulling with coconut oil and taking blue ice skate by green pastures (despite all the current controversy on it). More over I wanted to bring up Moringa tree leaf. I just started on it because of the nutrients in it. Any thoughts? If you haven't heard of the Moringa tree.. I strongly suggest looking in to it.

well the small cavity that you see is the exterior part, but inside the tooth can have bigger infection by bacteria and dentist have no option but take all the decayed tissue inside that's why the hole looks bigger. No big mistery...

I did not order your book but I think you have already provided helpful guidance. The dentist I saw recently wanted me to extract #18 because of gum swelling on the cheek side of this old root canal. He wanted me to recrown #4 and do a root canal because of extreme sensitivity and pain. I was told that substantial decay had developed underneath the crown based on the X-rays. But the pain is no longer there. Time will tell if the disappearance of pain holds up or not. If it does, that removes the need to recrown and do a root canal. The problem with #18 will apparently take longer to solve. The gum swelling has been there for about a year or so.
I looked at the American Dental Association protocol. I am greatly bothered by the fact that their protocol doesn't even mention what should or should not be in the diet. Instead they peddle the myth that manmade oral hygiene and fluorides will somehow fix our problems.

I swear you are so right about dentist drilling till you have nothing left. Bad teeth run in my family and I have obsessed about going to the dentist sence about 15.. now they are so much worse and there is no room to do anything else. I'm so mad because I did was I was told and went to the dentist all the time with every small problem. They grill giant holes for the smallest cavity. My biggest mistake was going to the dentist.

Awesome tips! Thanks for sharing. I have enjoyed adding tongue scraping (with a copper tongue scraper) to my oral health routine as it is a simple practice. Studies have shown that this simple technique:
    1. Reduces undesirable bacteria in the mouth that compromise gum, teeth and oral health.
    2. Reduce volatile sulfur compounds (VSC) that are by products of mouth bacteria that are linked to bad breath.
    3. Increase the function of taste buds to better taste and digest food.
    4. Changes the environment of the mouth to reduce putrefaction and decrease bacterial load.

How can I repair a pit in my tooth? I have organic coconut oil. I'm cutting out soda and sugar foods. I bought organic salad and I drink almond milk. I'm going to start using the coconut oil or oil pulling.
Also, I smoke organic cigarettes, they are still bad I know, but how important is it to stop smoking in regards to healing my tooth?
Will it help enormously if I stop. I tossed a few questions at you , hope you can answer them. Thanks. I'm going to see if Barnes and noble carries your book.

I heard a dentist tell me: "It COULD decay", while she was drilling it out. So yes, dentists are purposely removing untouched parts of the teeth and completely screwing up people, even more than usual.

they say you are what u eat so i guess that's true since if u eat something that contanes alot of enegy & thats what comes out since i was in school or even decades longer they have been saying you are what u eat it makes sence
i dont drink or eat the man made sugar replacements since its not natural i try to eat natral foods as much as posible my mum when i was a kid made me lots of cakes & other sweets naturaly i did not have back then lots of cavitys while lots of other kids i knew who were eating the store bought kinds had cavitys lots of them i guess the preservatives in lots of foods that sit on the shelves for long piriods of time should not be in the boddy since they are usaly man made to stop them from rotting on the shelves but i guess thay can rott your teeth like i have said for years just because its on the shelvs at the shops dose not mean that its safe or good for you its just there because it passed government regulations & governments will do just about anything that benefits themselves even if it kills a few people in the prosess

HEY, i AM going through a root canal , and I don't want to continue. The dentist is not finished because he is looking for my third canal when he only is seeing two. So I have to go and see an expensive specialist who wwill simply confirm if I have two canals or three.
    WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hi Rami! Thank you soo much for your info on tooth decay! I have been taking FCLO and High vitamin grass fed butter oil for over a year. I still have decay on the bottom of molars but tooth pain has been relatively tolerable. I have 3 or 4 root canals already and would like to fix any problems they are to my health. Any recommendations? Should I leave composite fillings in? Mercury was drilled out carelessly by a dentist years ago. I think I suffer from meningitis because my neck and base of skull has been bothering me for years not long after I had root canals btw.

HI Ramiel -- I've lost considerable tooth structure on the left side of my mouth due to EXCESSIVE teeth grinding. I would like to regrow new tooth structure. Will protocol this work for me? Excellent information! I'll be purchasing your ebook later this evening! I went to the dentist the other day and was told I have three cavities and several spots they will watch that could turn into cavities... very discouraging. Since my early twenties I've had more and more cavities and I'm done... Excited to start your diet plan! I have a question about supplements (which may be addressed in your book). How do you feel about the cod liver from the brand Garden of Life? I'm looking for some cheaper alternatives to the Green Pastures brand. I also noticed that my Garden of Life prenatal vitamin has very little calcium and magnesium in it. I'm assuming you would recommend to get those minerals straight from dairy products, but do you also recommend taking an additional calcium supplement? I'm not pregnant as of now, but am hoping to be soon. Do you have certain protocols for pregnant women? Thanks!

Ramiel, my teeth seem to be so thin, that they are super sensitive to even a slight cold and hot. I have never had cavities in my life, at least I have never seen any holes in my teeth. Is there a natural way for me to thicken my teeth? Both dentin and enamel. Please give me a reply. Thank you.

American Dentists just look for EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES in your mouth. What ever they do just prepares you for the next more complex stage of dental work (more employment opportunities): removing old fillings, making hole bigger for bigger fillings, re occurring decay under the fillings, and that goes on until you need a root canal, then the root canal blows or gets infected and then an extraction leading to an implant. All planned obsolescence aimed at ADA dentists finding employment opportunities in your mouth.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. THIS IS MORE INFORMATION THAN ANY DENTIST I HAVE EVER GONE TO. EVEN A VERY GOOD FRIEND, THE WIDOW OF A DENTIST, ARGUED THAT MERCURY WAS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, SAYING COMPOSITES JUST AS BAD. NUTRITION IS EVERYTHING WITH RESPECT TO HEALTH. JUST THE OTHER DAY MY THREE CATS ARE NOW ABOUT 18 YEARS OLD. AS I RAN OUT OF NON GRAIN CAT FOOD, WATCHING THEM EAT THE NEW, I THOUGHT "THEY NEVER HAVE ISSUES WITH THEIR TEETH." NOW I KNOW WHY. IT IS SO SAD HOW THE ELITE, CABAL HAS DUMB'D US ALL DOWN. TO INCLUDE RENEWABLE ENERGIES. WE ARE IN A NEW AGE. I applaud your research, but who can afford a lot of the products that you recommend? Forty-five dollars for 8 ounces of cod liver oil? That is criminal. The poor people from these tooth-healthy regions of the world have easy access to these foods, but in America, only the rich can afford them.

Thank you. Of note also is that dentists omit teaching "proper" brushing & flossing procedure; over brushing results in gum recession, fluoride is a toxin.
This dietary advice applies to health of all body systems eg Dr Terry Wahls is curing MS.
However securing real food, for now, remains a challenge for many. Supply will change as demand increases and people vote with their $ in food purchasing.
Sweet craving disappear when one consumes this type of diet.
Conventional dentistry & medicine seem criminal in their neglect of root causes of dis-ease.

Very nice video!!! Do you have a remedy for calculus? I think the tartar will be gone next year, but I would like to speed up this process. Also I have learned that Magnesium is also a key player in the calcium phosphor balance, if magnesium is low, calcium serum levels rise, leading to artery plague, and as well to dental plague. I take Schussler salt D6 Magnesium phosphor and I dissolve this in my mouth and I have not had plague ever since, also I do oil pulling and gently brush with water diluted green clay. And we are lucky here we have a healthy farm in the next town, and they sell healthy eggs and raw milk. They are obliged to say you have to cook it first, but really no-one does. Thanks.
