This sounds very unconstitutional. Oh well, Americans don't care about the point of the constitution anyway, they only seem to care about the letter of the law, doing whatever the fuck they want and then rationalising it by overinterpreting the law, or they don't care about it at all.

    federal land is theft

  • Someone 1282
    Someone 1282 7 days ago

You say that there are 2000 bureacracies that if they were an independent country would be in the top 10 largest countries, but that’s impossible
Even if 100% of the US was federal land that would be 9,834,000 km^2, divide that by 2000 and you get 4,971km^2 which would be in the 165th place of largest countries.
Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t get how that is possible

    • Someone 1282

The Hidden Ninja but he says that there are 2000 bureaucracies that control land which if it were an independent country would be in the top 10
Doesn’t that imply that each of those bureaucracies controls land large enough to be in the top 10?

    • The Hidden Ninja

a lot of people in usa seem to forget that usa is not an alliance of independent nations like the eu.
usa is a single country, with regions called "states".
federal land is simply land under the control of the national government instead of the regional government.
there, saved you like 7.5 minutes...

6:25 Nevada has been fighting against yucca mtn for 40-50 years because WE'RE NOT YOUR TRASH CAN NUCLEAR REACTOR USING STATES ON THE EAST COAST (the ones making most of the waste and pushing for the facility) and just last year that fuctard at the department of energy (Mr. Oops Asshat the first) started sneaking plutonium into the state without telling anyone. Good thing the Chinese spies at Mar-a-Lago weren't more interested as to what truck was carrying fucking PLUTONIUM down the fucking INTERSTATE!!!

  • beccabunny09

2:41 it took until 1978 for the Mormons to recognize that black and brown people were equal and to roll back their edicts discriminating against them passed down from founder and notorious child bride collector Joseph Smith and they still rule Utah with an iron fist (look at how the legislature, the vast, vast majority hard core Mormon, is castrating the Medicaid expansion law passed by POPULAR SUPPORT and are literally paying more to insure less people). Believe me, you didn't want to give early day Mormons any more power then they already had. The parishioners are mostly good people but the leadership is dirty.

No, they're (usually) recognised to be on land that belongs to the other country and not the US, the other country just agrees that their laws don't apply to the area within the base.
