    Hopefully this gets answered XD
Question: I've been trying to live a healthy lifestyle and lose weight (eating healthy, calorie counting, avoiding sugar, doing H.I.I.T., etc.) and the bonus of not having too much stress in my work lately. So far it's doing great on my weight loss. However, though my body feels generally great, I'm observing depression and anxiety symptoms to the point of harming myself multiple times for no reason. Is this normal since I'm changing my lifestyle? I can't think of anything to cause this. I'm still debating if I should go to a mental health professional. Hope you could give advice.

It's great to know knuckle-cracking is safe. But my knuckles refuse to crack, EVER. Same thing for pretty much any other joint I see people talk about cracking. (I don't push beyond "faintly uncomfortable" levels of pressure because I don't want to hurt myself.) Is being un-crackable okay too?

Can you explain to me why my hair is slowly changing color? Like, when i was young i was blond, then like many people my hair became darker, but since last year my hair is slowly turning ginger. No joke, even my friends are being like: "Since when do you have red hair?". I have never had anything done to my hair. WHY?

Doctor Mike, why are hospitals built like mazes? I just spent 1.5 hours walking and biking around my local university hospital in order to find the area where I was supposed to deliver a 24-hour blood pressure monitoring device. Or is it just like this in Denmark?

    Hey Dr. Mike!
    I am from germany,Berlin and
I am new here and i just discovered your channel and i saw this video and was like: wow, okay interestung stuff going on here...😅😂 so let me tell ya that everything you're presenting to all people seems to be very nice and also funny btw. .
Now there is a really difficult thing or kind of question which i like to ask you(because you're a real doctor){sorry, seems a little bit strange and dumb at the same time for me} -
There is the following thing which i'll never understand about some doctors in my Country/City the way they checked me:
So there was some kind of a fighting going on(between me and some stupid guys from my class)during the break in school time and one of then just hit me with this fist right into the solarplexus region so that i suddenly fell down and was for about 30/40sec.
unconscious ... there was nobody to Help me i've been lying on the ground and had so much pain... After a long time when got rushed into the hospital(because i had a physical breakdown when i was taking part in the so called "Bundesjugendspiele") i mentioned the pain that i had again in the solarplexus region and the doctor was like: "oh i see you did some research on the internet [me: wtf😱😟didn't reseatched it ,i learned it in my Paramedic training] and i don't think that there is something like that."... you know what- HE just checked my lungs(because i also told him that i could't breathe anymore) He asked me a few questions about my overall well-being, took a sample of what ever and finally said: "okay there's nothing to worry about you're👌"
And that's why i didn't understand him because after all this my whole life i' m having pain in this region when i am doing some Sports and everytime when i am Jogging After a long distance or when i am playing Tennis very long(a match) and sometimes it feels like i'm going to pass out 'cause suddenly everything is turning black with some colourfull dots bevor my very eyes. ! sooooo... yeah that's it.. i just wanted to hear your opinion about this because i already went to a lot of doctors and they were telling me almost the same things...🤐🧐🤫
so don't worry you all guys i am alright😀😉

    Hi doctor!
About 3 months ago I got diagnosed with epilepsy... To ask my question I have to say some history.
About a year ago I started getting flashes of light and dizziness through the day, these were my main symptoms. But as a side symptom I couldn't preform any kind of task that includes sport, because I would have a loss of breath and dizziness. I also suffered from upper abdominal pain
After I told my mom, I went to a doctor. He said it was just anemia.
..... Back to today I got prescribed with epilepsy, but I have still my side symptoms. In your opinion what should I do?
