    I would season my meatballs with a Knorr chicken stock cube ground to a powder rather than use Parmรซsan.

      Brown it then add to sauce and simmer for about 30-40mins. The balls need to suck up the sauce for flavor

    I making it now. The sauce end up very good but I added... Baking soda to the chicken with the thought that help to softened the chicken breast. Bit the result is like.. Fish cake. ๐Ÿ˜…I try again this week

      Cut into blocks and wrap in wax paper, then put in ziplock freezer bag in the freezer. Will keep 6-9 months
