3:47 takeoff landing 9:50
WOW, I would LOVE to be able to push that throttle forward & bring those bad boys to life. That SOUND!
Wow thats just beautiful
ge best engine ever period
for me , GE engines seem to rule the skies on commercial airplanes.what I would really like to see it s a second Concorde , powered by some J58 type engines... Like... let s get closer to star trek... at least let s start up the era ...
3:32 the blades look like they are spinning the wrong way xD
How did you record the ATC chatter?
he used LIVEATC.net :)
Two engine planes (despite being most of them) always make me a bit uneasy. While I *know* they can emergency land safely on one, if one were to fail, I always feel safer on a 747, A380, or A340.
One of my favorite things to do is put this on my phone in my car / blue tooth paired to the car stereo which is a Boise sound system. And listen to it while driving down the highway. Talk about a pretty cool experience.
Nice stove GE :-)
whats the cause of the sudden drop in engine noise around 5:10? always terrifies me
Turk thrust reduction, only need bulk of their engine power on takeoff
Thanx for an incredible video!
Wow that engine is very huge. 😲
it's crazy watching the condensation and the wing flex!
Gotta love the way water condensates on GE90s
i was feeling horny it was this or pornhub this won im content
3:43 Takeoff start5:11
good view of the engine, and like the atc
I could watch these types of video's all day
*Q for pilots . . . in the departure/liftoff - is that "100%" (i.e. full to the max, 'pedal to the floor') power being used?* (timepoint 4:00 - 5:10 or so)
Nope, it's a calculated % of the total thrust which saves on fuel and engine wear.
Shoot forward sometimes. Not engine only.
I thought the condensation of water vapor was pretty cool
why is the engine fan not running on landing? did it have a problem?
Actually a lot of airlines turn off 1 of their engines while taxiing so they can reduce the noise polution and save fuel.
OMG, first time I thought this is sim :)
The tower guys speak way too fast. Someone is bound to get hurt.
Nice video. Just curious. How were you listing to live ATC while in the plane?
Nice. I have a really nice scanner, but they would not allow me to listen to it in the US planes. I used to use LIVE ATC app on my phone and listen to them talk but now as soon as i get into the airplane, i loose live atc. I have perfect cell phone service and can do anything else my phone can do except listen to live atc. As of a year ago somehow they are able to block that site from people being able to use it while in the planes and i don't know why or how they block it.
What there saying about Boeing jets now I am not happy to fly them.. Even parts that should not be used on a plane.. The planes are rushed out and not finished.
Dude, Boeing is safe af. I only have flown in Boeings in my whole life, never any issue. Only the MAX is discutable atm.
Bad ass, sweet video
Thank you: awesome smooth, hi-def vid. Love the fan blade reverse rotation effect, the intake condensation, and SOUND of them Toast-R-Oven pedigree engines!
Like a sum boooty
Super Video mit typischen Sound von GE90
Love that GE Sound
Great video.☺️ I love this KLM Boeing 777-200ER.☺️ The Boeing 777-200ER with a set of two GE90-94B Jet Engines are my most favourite aircraft ever built especially the ones in the British Airways Livery.☺️Edit, I just subscribed to ur channel.☺️
thats one dirty 772
i find it funny that the winglets on the Embraer are bigger than the height of the engine
I love jets, and I love to fly.... what else can I say? :)
what a beast take off. So much power its unbelievable.
The reason the fans buzz on modern turbofan engines is that, at max power, the tips of the fan blades exceed the speed of sound. The reason clouds form at the fan inlet is that, again at max power, when the surrounding air is stationary, they create a void region of low pressure, causing rapid condensation of water vapor, as they suck more air per second than is in a typical 4-room house. 👍
How did u get the atc as well
Amazing video! Nice job!
3:50 Wow, look at the vacuum formed at the intake when it spools up, causing the moisture in the air to condense into a dense cloud!
noob question, does it produce engine mist all the time when taking off?
I now know what you mean. No, it doesn't produce that mist all of the time. I'm not sure why it occurs though, probably when there's moisture in the engine itself or if there's rain going directly into the engine. As I said, not too sure, so don't take my word that seriously.
Very quiet!...sound like an electric razor...loll....
Cool movie ! 😋
And on the 11th day God said "Feel The Power"
Pretty daft filming a take-off & landing of a Aircraft. We all seen how a Aircraft leaves & enters the tarmac of a runway.
F'ing magnificent! The Triple 7 is an amazing Aircraft! The sound of those engines is overwhelming. They're so strong, so imposing and yet very reassuring to me. I've always felt safe on a Triple 7. Business and first classes are superb. Especially on British Airways and American.
look at the engine at 3:55
Now a days my eyes are in confusion, serously it looks like xplane 11 and the real one looks less realistic😂
He got there quick :)
