    I'm not sure how or why this is a kielbasa, as opposed to any other kind of sausage. It looks more like a cheese filled bologna or wurst to me. As a 100% Polack, I've never seen a kielbasa that looked anything like this, both externally and internally. Kielbasa is chunky looking on the inside, uses natural casing about 3cm (1.25 inch or so) in diameter and usually comes in a horseshoe shape when you get it from an authentic Polish butcher.

    Big nope, looks more texture after you turn all that beef in a kind of puree:(
    Adding cheese inside a sausage makes my stomach hurt. Damn!
    Waste of Wagyu beef and turning in a very unapetising kida sausage!
    Dont get me wrong, i love smoked sausages and most types of smoked meat products but...where the heck is the texture anymore? And dont tell me is the melted cheese that adds value on Waygu lol!
    Cooks are so bored nowdays if they dare to serve such a mess.

    I LOVE kielbasa! On our annual November pheasant hunting trips we would pack a few liverwurst sandwiches each and usually 1-2 kielbasa sandwiches, each with fat chunks of Jarlsberg and pepper jack, Dijon and horseradish or spicy brown mustard, and fresco raw spinach leaves. In the cold and mud of harvested corn and alfalfa fields you burn a tremendous amount of calories. So you can easily pound 3-4 sandwiches, and small bag of fritos (sometimes done into chili with a warmed up can of Stagg's meat and beans), and a couple Cokes and water from a few bottles of Arrowhead from just north of us. When cold and exhausted, there's nothing like fatty protein to recharge the batteries. I would see guys who picked up a bag of mcburgers on the way in and would be gassed by 2 when their carbohydrate-laden mcgarbage totally evaporated. Rookies. The afternoon is when the birds move around so we can walk the roads along the cotton fields and look down the rows for pheasant-size shapes crossing rows. The sausages would last all the way home and while I cleaned the birds for cooking. We also used everything, either fried, baked as stuffing, or stewed. People forget how good offal is. I would be sure to fry up a little for my dogs because they are family too.

    Why did they use wagyu beef if they're making kielbasa with it? They can just control the fat content of the kielbasa by using different cuts of beef with different fat content and achieve the same fat-protein ratio in the kielbasa

    Polish kiełbasa has much more pronounce chunks of meat and fat (after mincing it one time it was about right). Finished product looks like structure-less baloney or shitty British bangers. I might be wrong but I feel like the meat was wasted.
