If that is the Huda beauty sponge (thatβs what it looks like) I had the same issue. It was my FAVORITE sponge for a few weeks but then I kept noticing black specks when I applied foundation. Thought it was the same thing- dust, eyeshadow, etc. but Iβm pretty sure the sponge kinda falls apart easily π
Ive bought the Milani matte setting spray since it came out and I've NEVER had that happen. Then again I shake it for a little bit before I use it. a lottle bit I suppose lol. But It's my fav setting spray hands down
