One of the best movies of 2018, besides Infinity War for me, was The Hate u Give. Better than I thought it was going to be. So sad that it didn’t get nominated for anything last year, especially since the screenwriter of the movie died, as well.

Brother this list was so hard to put together. I shifted mine around constantly throughout the year. I didn't even realize that Yorgos directed The Favorite. He is a super talented director and I love Killing of a Sacred Deer. Really respect how you reached outside of the "heavy hitters" and sought out some smaller films. Eighth Grade might have been one of the biggest surprises of the year in the character department. Bo Burnham nailed the tone of middle schoolers. Can't believe I haven't heard of Roma...adding it to my watch list immediately.

Great list!! I agree for the most part. Still don't understand the hype for A Star Is Born. It was one of the better films of the year, but I think it's overrated. I don't have it in my top 10.

    10. Ant Man and the Wasp
I love the action and humor in this movie, the villain was ok, the end credits gave me CHILLS!
    9. Black Panther
A tiny bit overrated, I think it gets more praise than Infinity War, T Challa and Killmonger are awesome, the action is great, still loved it!
    8. Bohemian Rhapsody
I loved the backstory of Freddie Mercury, the music is amazing, it put a tear to my eye, and Queen is my childhood!
    7. Solo
Very underrated Star Wars movie, I love the guy who did Han, Donald Glover is amazing as Lando, and I loved the Darth Maul cameo.
    6. Deadpool 2
Ryan Reyonalds did a great job as Deadpool, Josh Brolin is great as Cable, I loved the humor and the action is great!
    5. Creed 2
It was great seeing Drago return, Rocky is amazing as usual, and Michael B. Jordan is amazing as Creed, the ending blew my mind.
    4. Mission Impossible Fallout
The action, especially the ending is fantastic and I love Cavill and Cruise, and this is the best MI movie!
    3. Bumblebee
Hailee Steinfeld is one of my favorite celebrities of all time and I loved her performance in this movie! The action is great, the chemistry between Hailee and Bee is amazing, the humor is hilarious, and I'm so glad they did something new!
    2. Spiderman Into the Spiderverse
This film surprised me! I didn't expect it to be THIS good! The graphics are gorgeous, the characters are great, the cast (especially Hailee Steinfeld) is great, Kingpin is the only thing that kept it from being #1.
    1. Infinity War
Damn near perfect movie! Every single character in this movie has their moment to shine, Thanos is my favorite villain in the MCU, the final fight and the ending is amazing, and there are a lot of moments that blew my mind!

Avengers Infinity War was decent for a Marvel movie but the ending wasn’t even shocking because you know the studio is too greedy to actually kill off their characters. So we know all the characters we lost in this film we be back in the next one. There has to be a sense of danger for the characters for a film like the Avengers to be interesting.

Nice list bro here is mine
    10. Venom: I don't care critics this is a masterpiece
    9. Solo: Again, critics I don't care
    8. Ralph Breaks The Internet: A creative movie with some fun nods to Disney and marvel favourites
    7. Ready Player One: This is an awesome movie and Spielberg is a legend. Just wish it followed the book a tiny bit more
6: Incredibles 2: I thought it was going to be a borefest to be honest but after watching it I loved it and is definitely the most surprising movie of 2018 for me
    5. Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom: It was labelled as disappointing by many (Looking at you WatchMojo) but I just had a blast watching it
    4. Ant-Man and The Wasp: Fun as hell to watch and Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly's chemistry is a pleasure to watch
    3. Bumblebee: Just seen it the other day but what a movie. Hailee Steinfeld could be the breakout actor of 2018 and I hope they reboot the series after those trash Michael Bay ones.
    2. Black Panther: WHAAAAT ARE THOOOOOOSE! All jokes aside this was my type of movie; serious but a whole lot of fun
    1. Avengers: Infinity War: When it came to the end of the movie I didn't wanna go! (No pun intended)

To be honest, my favorite movie of the whole year was Aquaman. In my opinion it was a teeny tiny bit better than Infinity War. It was just that I enjoyed every single scene of the movie, and it was just enough screen time. It was not too long, it was not too short, it was the perfect amount of screen time, and I cannot think of that much bad about it, the film was just so well crafted in my opinion. The drama was great, the action was epic, the world building was just amazing, and each character had their own little motives, and everything made sense, and I could tell why everything was happening the way they were. It was my most anticipated movie of this year, I had so much hype for it, I was expecting something that was just fun, but it was more than that, it was better than I expected, and it was just amazing! It was directed and made perfectly, and you guys can disagree all you want!
