    Fun video that shows why you shouldn't start exercising for the wrong reason.
    Do it for the right reason instead! It can/will make you happier (it affects hormones and our brain in general),
    it will/can make you more focused and sharper (it also improves memory among more), like a natural pill to make u more productive.
    It can/will make you feel more confident about yourself and your body! (If you are struggling with low self esteem and hatred of your body then I am not saying that exercising is the solution, but it could help or solve it depending on how severe the situation)..
