Does pulling the candy weaken the flavoring in the candy? I'm eating a root beer barrel hard candy and the white part of the barrel seems to have much weaker root beer flavoring than the brown non-pulled candy,

mandas677 in that barrel candy, it might. in our candy it increases the surface area of the candy, and allows more to dissolve in your mouth increasing the flavor.

Darn! Still, if you're ever bored, try it with some of the unicorn dropping end pieces before they cool too hard. You can always smash it up and sell it as bulk like you would anyhow!

I don't know about the shipping, but I would guess if you could sell them by weight and people just understood they were getting a random flavor or such? Wish your shop was in Colorado!! We'd be in playing games all the time - Drinking Soda - And eating candy, lets face it. Your Shop is such an awesome Idea! Totally Love your Videos, so relaxing, enjoyable and entertaining. Keep it up!

    • Lofty Pursuits
Lofty Pursuits  2 years ago +2

I'd like to as well. The issue is that they are random sizes and weights. I can't fit them in the standard boxes every time, and I don't know what to charge for shipping. I can't post each one at a time, that would take too long. Also since I sell them all through my shop ... I really don't have to do them on-line.
That being said, I have some ideas how to make this work. Not there yet.

Kdenlive. it's open source for Linux. I'd recommend the .9x stable version vs the 15 version. the new fork is great, but is a bit more unstable. Down load it from the site, not your stock repository.

We try to make candy at prime time, for us that is 2-7 Friday and Saturday. Beyond that is made when we need to make it and that can be random. a batch takes closed to two hours. with bagging and cleaning. I wish it could be more predictable.

+pepperking My brother and I aren't really into Hawaii, though. Our dad lives in the Ohio area and if we lived in Hawaii we would have to fly over. Having to fly over every summer would cost a lot, and I have a tiny fear of planes... Guess I'll just have to deal with it. :|

Trust me you don't want to go to Florida. Defiantly check out California but odds are your going to Hawaii, stereotypical military families with young daughters always go to Hawaii.
