    You can have much better quads than half of gym freaks if you know how to do proper squat.
    It is as same principle as for every other exercise, e.g. pull ups should be done everyday at least 2 or 3 series because your strength can fall off.

    30 days? What about the rest of your life? If you just keep doing 100 a day, you'll get so acclimated that you start LOSING muscle! 1/You have to do less reps, WAY less, like 3 or 4 sets x 5, but w/heavy weight., & only 3x a wk. 2/ you need to ADD WEIGHT, 5 lbs usually, every workout. 3/You need a full night's sleep, every night, & to eat a lot of healthy food. THEN see some REAL results!

    I don't know about these " 30 day challenges." Once you are done with the challenge then you got to go back to the exercises you normally would have done and then you will be weak on those. This also goes for the 30 day, 100 push up a day challenge. I guess material is needed to have a TVclip channel.

    It did more for their thighs than their butts because squats are mainly to strengthen glutes specific muscle
