More and more food products are being found to contain traces of Monsanto’s glyphosate, the main active ingredient in their Roundup herbicide. This chemical has been linked to a vast array of cancers and other illnesses, and the number of food products that have been found to contain dangerous amounts continues to grow. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this with Scott Hardy from Top Class Actions.

I wish someone would have sugar tested as they us Round Up to ripen sugar cane. Gives a whole new meaning sugar is bad for you. They put sugar in so many things. They found Round Up in dog foods, along with a lot of sugar in treats for dogs and their dog foods. I guess they want to kill all the dogs too.Avoiding Monsanto garbage is almost impossible.

We have seen this plan since Dow Chemical (Now known as Mon Satanic) who got caught trying to slip DDT into our system which was too noticeable to continue when our birds and fish started showing up dead too fast. Then they (with government approval) started experimented with Agent Orange on our military in Vietnam - a war that We should not have been involved in and Now, they (our veterans) can’t even get health care as they are now dying a terrible painful death from that exposures.
    Who’s at Fault?

The FDA should be held 100% accountable and Michael Taylor should be prosecuted as a major criminal and charged with treason, for killing so many Americans and causing a permanent Health issue in this country as a Deceiver, as well as whoever appointed and is shielding him. Natural HealCare should be at the top of the governments agenda with directions to the FDA to do its job or be terminated.
It’s clear that the government is behind all of this, because the subject does not come up during health care debates as to why the FDA should exempt MonSanto from labeling the contents and experimental poisoning our food and why? After centuries of attempting to kill off insects, we may have just finally done it. Insect populations all over the world are suddenly dying off in large numbers. The NYT recently published an article "the Insect Apocalypse" showing the extent of the die off. This is affecting other life forms already too, - insect pollinated plants, animals, especially birds and fish, which have insects as the main staple of their diets.
We have always arrogantly thought that we are going to end all life on earth with a BANG, in a nuclear holocaust; when the truth is more likely that we will go out with a whimper, as we starve, from the most humble of earth's creatures' demise. If we think that killing insects is a big problem, wait till they try and bring them back from extinction. They will find out that it's a lot easier to kill, than to create, life.
    BTW, Merry Christmas!

@Michele Oconnor I'm not sure where you live, but can his parents (or you) find Irish grown organic porridge oats for him? I switched to Kavanagh's Irish Oats about a month ago - and they are noticeably better than any other I have tried. There will be other brands about I am sure, but I think the Irish ones have the upper hand.
Also, it might be worth looking at countries that ban glyphosate across the world. I know we are supposed to be supporting our farmers and buying produce from our own countries, but I'm definitely thinking - "If I can't grow this myself, I really want to know what's in it." What is the point of growing good food and then smothering with poison???
I messaged another viewer on this page and mentioned a South African telling me that Nigerian fruit is meant to be organic.
Have also looked up Europe this morning and found that Belgium, Holland, Germany and France are saying no to Monsanto.
Add to that Columbia, Bermuda, Sri Lanka, El Salvador and a few Middle Eastern countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait.
As a former gardener who has already had cancer once, and has seen many former colleagues die at the average age of just 50 - I am not going to be taking too many chances with my health.
I can understand your nephew's fears, but I think you could find grains grown organically in US supermarkets (or do you not trust what they say on the pack?).
In Britain, many of the London-based African communities like to grow a plant called Amaranthus. It's quite easy to grow and, in some cases, makes a very handsome garden plant that would suit any flower border - some having splendid red leaves, others splashed with orange, yellow and red. I grow it here in sunless Scotland. It would do fantastically well in the temperate and warm states and, once the grain is washed and dried, can be ground into flour.

It’s time we wake up to the Fact, that there No Coincidence.
Here are some facts that are outlined in the book of Life.
We are entering the Period of The Hanged Man, a Number representing 2019 a number when added equals the number 12
The 12 points out, that the Reverse of Truth will be upside down like a hanging symbol of Truth which is - a Personal Choice because that’s the nature of true education.
Another example, 911 = 11 the twin towers, Coincidence??? Also the Lockdown signal for Emergencies
Even clearly the number 11 comes before number 12 the next emergency date.
The number 12 as associates with astrology (Spiritual Manual) the 12 represents Self Undoings and illusions of reality. The reality show staring Donald Trump.
My point is that We All Can See said the blind mice but what can we do.
Now that we can see that this trump production was designed to show us reality, who gets hung when We Look Into Our Mirrors.

This of course boosted the profits of the pharmaceutical companies who were already promoting drug addictions with both legal and illegal drug distributions to all Americans.

@beth robb See if you can find Organic Irish Oats too. I buy Kavanagh's Irish Oats over here and they are a cut above anything else I've ever had.
Also, look up other countries that have banned Round-Up/Glyphosate. So far I've found Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, El Salvador, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Sri Lanka, Oman, Columbia, Bermuda, UAE and Qatar.
If we start turning our attention to quality goods in other countries, our farmers are soon going to start seeing they can no longer keep poisoning us. It's rejection from the public that will make the difference to how our food is treated.
We're lucky in Britain in that we have 2 increasingly popular German-based supermarket chains. Renowned for the level of quality control over their products, both chains are recommended by dietitians in cancer wards.

@beth robb I have seen Nigerian apples for sale in supermarkets. Haven't really taken a lot of notice of other products. But I think I will be paying more attention from now on - until I am done extending my garden allotment. I think that's the only way I can feel really safe about at least some of my family's food.
I think what's most upsetting is, like the guy on the right in the interview, you give kids things like Nutri-Grain bars (and I have done this in the past) because you 'believe' these food companies would take a pride in their products and live up to at least the nutritional slant in the product name.

Allowing large corporations to produce our food rather than family farms, because it's cheaper, is putting profit-is-everything corporate motivations over those who produce food for the good of people out of a genuine desire to be a force for good in the world. Add to that that the fact that our nation abdicates the responsibility of testing and assuring quality and safety to those corporations, which see testing and safety measures as costly and interfering with their goal of maximizing profit, and we have a silent health disaster in the making. Monsanto is just one of many corporations more than willing to put the health and safety of people at risk in the name of profit.

I don't think pulling this from the market will result in the millions of deaths that pulling DDT from the market did. Poor comparison mate!
It's been proven that the avian concern over DDT was overblown and yet millions of people died from mosquito borne diseases because it was pulled from the shelves.

@The Poltical One well that's true but there is some people that do have land okay. You see my grandmother didn't own her property but she rented it and she still got her animals raised them and did what she had to do if there's a will there's a way. But you talk to your crooked politician the double headed snakes Republicans and the donor Democrats who work for corporations and not the people who won't raise minimum wage over 20 years. And won't do free do free healthcare for everyone which would cost less and save trillions of dollars a research study by the Koch brothers facts real facts. Not even Single Payer Health Care. While the dirty Republicans and the dirty Democrats who work for the corporation. Not the people all of them get good Healthcare and pay cheap healthcare when we pay high cost Healthcare and it still don't cover anyting. So talk to the crooked politicians who don't work for the people and the good old orange dump trump pumpkin. Who Loved making the Billionaire's and millionaires richer and take from us and now we have to pay back the trillion-dollar deficit for that so-called trickle-down tax cut for the rich. Now they want to cut Medicare, Medicaid are social security that we actually work for that come out of check they don't give a s*** that's how dirty the Republicans are so we have to blame them if we can't afford to get apartment laying your good old politician in the corporation who's going to make it harder for us to do anything in life. Because you're not a billionaire or hundred millionaire or millionaires.

This poison has already made Honey Bees extinct where I live, I see a few drones then they die. They have no queens to make hives, and just wander then dye from this poison.
Even the bee keepers in Bakersfield are losing them by the thousands in that San Joaquin valley. And, we will all be dead if this keeps up.
And Ryan Smith's comment below is spot on, but Monsanto wants those natural Crop Protecting Predators gone too, so only 1 option will be available.

pluviophile h That’s been the plan since they got caught trying to slip DDT into our system which was too noticeable when our birds and fish started showing up dead too fast. Then they experimented with Agent Orange on our military in Vietnam a war that We should not have been involved in and Now, they can’t even get health care.
      Who’s at Fault?
Our government of Course under the direction of Michael Taylor and the FDA institute who are supporting Mon Santo. The FDA should be held accountable and Michael Taylor should be prosecuted as a criminal with treason for killing so many Americans and causing a permanent Health issue in this country as well as whoever appointed him.
It’s clear that the government is behind all of this, because the subject does not come up as to why the FDA should exempt MonSanto form labeling the contents in our food and why? To protect a copyright does not exceed what We need to protect our health from an evil corporation that is protected by our government.
This is the exact reason why we have so many dumb turds, running around trying to protect doTrump the Burger King of coke heads.

Now the cancer statistics have a cause. They _should_ rely on natural predators to protect crops - i.e. Lady bugs, wasps and other insect predators.

@legoincplx4x5: There are but the chemicals are kinda counter intuitive. Caffeine say kills all sorts of insects making their hearts explode but others love it and feed on the vegetation anyway. It's why they resort to extremes like glyphosate.

    • legoincplx4x5

@DIЭD OF DУSЭИТЭЯУ: Wasps are mostly carnivorous. They'll kill catapillers, aphids and other pests. A lot more easier to control unlike lady bugs because they are a cousin of the bee. Hence smoke can calm them down.
