    He actually sucks as a cook, he is simply a t.v. personality.. the secret of any dish is all the ingredients not one single ingredient.. parma ham is not ham it is prosciutto which most people do not just have laying soaking up pig fat into your english muffins will be overload and give you heartburn butter is best..its hilarious to see his eggs breaking up in the water even though he added vinegar this should not happen..if you know how to cook he is an amature and he added no parsley or chives for garnish. all for show people!

    Okay, as an American who only recently discovered that Eggs Benedict is the best breakfast meal EVER, I must ask: why not use American-style bacon? I've tried it with the traditional Canadian bacon (to me it tastes like a cross between a Christmas ham and Spam, ugh) and I honestly prefer it with American-style thick smoked bacon. What is parma-ham and where can I get it? That looks lovely! Side question: is the vinegar necessary for the hollandaise sauce? I would think the lemon juice would provide enough acidity.
    Why am I up so late watching a video on how to make breakfast? I'm really going to bed now.
