    Definitely not the pan cubano around here. In Tampa I can find authentic Pan cubano, crusty outside, soft inside cooked with palm leaves. Either way this looks amazing

    Apparently the reason why white people think cilantro tastes like soap has something to do with their dna. Kinda like how they are mostly gluten intolerant as well or how Asians are allergic to alcohol. Science!

    I've been looking for a pork shoulder but babish nor any other recipe says what kind to get. I got pork lion blade roast (because that's what was on sale and I don't know my meats) and I don't know if it's a good enough meat to use for this recipe.

    Do you know the process/materials behind the candied crackle/glass that he makes in his apartment, in the scene after he quits his restaurant job? He smashes it with a hammer uses it for a dessert with berries, powdered sugar and cream. I'm trying to recreate the dish but am not sure where to find a recipe!

    I tried figuring out how much this would cost to make and while I don't have an exact price, I'd say that it'd cost at least over $50 if you bought every ingredient for this recipe. Too expensive for my blood.
