Sit on my face
I like Jacques Pepin’s but is French chef.Seeing “Chimichurri ” recipes with cilantro or mint or thyme or basil is really offensive and very irritating to Argentines. Chimichurri is one of those traditional recipes that should not be tampered with since Argentines consider it perfect the way it is. The worst part is the addition of cilantro or basil. Cilantro is not to be found in the Argentine pantry- there are virtually no recipes with it in Argentina and most Argentines actually know anything about it or don’t like the taste of it. Basil is used to make pesto, not chimichurri. Recipes that include any herbs other than the ones you mentioned make Americans look uneducated and rude. How to make chimichurri the Argentinian way 6to 8 cloves of garlic 1 Bunch of Parsely 1/2 of a lemon 1 1/2 tbs of salt 1/2 tsp of pepper 1/4 cup of Wine Vinegar 2 tsp of Aji Molido (same as crushed red pepper) 1/4 cup of Oliv oil 1 cup of hot water .
The better chef tries a recipe by the book once but changes it a little every time after that!
Dude get over yourself.
By the way why are you calling Americans rude and uneducated when it is a Frenchmen putting in the ingredients you do not like?
You seem pretty rude. Relax dude. If you dont like the way they made it then dont eat it.
Oh boy, we're living in a world where changing any recipes to your liking implies that you're uneducated and rude. Oversensitivity has never been more prominent. People have different opinions, people adapt recipes whether it's due to their personal preference or due to limited amount of ingredients etc. If you want to sit there being tunnel visioned and oversensitive then go ahead, but you don't need to rub off your toxicity onto others.
Loud mouth Rachel shouting laughing over the food on the counter
wow he turned the chicken, lets clap
Jeff Vader he’s so hot
For all the nay sayers, don’t watch. No one is making you. If you don’t have anything nice to say, then keep quiet!
The "fat girl laugh" drives me insane. "HA HA HA-----(pause)-----HA HA HA."
