  • For today's cooking I am making Beef Wellington 100% Grilled. This is probably the best holiday treat you can make for your family. It is simple, easy and delicious to make. I share with you my favorite recipe to make this incredible dish that will for sure impress anyone. It is a show stopper!

    HOW TO MAKE BEEF WELLINGTON ON THE GRILL
    I cooked it @ (450°F / 218°C) until I hit the internal temp of 115°F / 46°C
    * Ingredients *
    1 Chateaubriand (Tenderloin Center Cut)
    2 Puff Pastry Sheets (You can find it on the frozen isle)
    8 Slices of Parma Ham (Prosciutto)
    1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

    1 Cup of Chicken Stock
    1 tbsp Salted Butter
    1 tsp Garlic Paste

    it looked like it came out amazing, although with the mushroom, introducing more moisture to it might not have been a great idea. sure, it might've given more depth of flavor, but it made the puff not as crispy as it could have, which is vital for a great beef wellington. just my thoughts 😊
