    This happened to me with peanut butter and nuts. I was like oh these are healthy so I was just eating them but NOPE! That was definitely a mistake so I've learned from that. I also don't cut out anything entirely but I try to be moderate with it. I also thought that once I was working out I was fine but also a NO NO because many times I was eating WAY more than I was burning so that was a major fail lol but I've learned. Thanks for the tips!

    hi, I really liked your video and think you are very inspirational :) but I would be careful recommending stevia. yes, it is plant based and not chemical in any kinda way, but it can fool your organs like your thyroid, which produces insulin to lower your blood sugar even though you didn't eat any sugar, this can have a very negative impact on your body, so please be careful to recommend it and please stay healthy and leave stevia out of your diet. lot of love :)

    Fun fact: all of Starbucks nondairy milk is sweetened with sugar. So if you truly want to cut out drinking your calories go to a coffee shop that offers unsweetened almond milk!

    Could you be eating not enough and still stay at your weight when you want to lose? I workout 4 times a week for two hours and I don't eat that much, I sleep a lot and I'm not that hungry of a person. What am I doing wrong?

    Should you shoot for your macros to be dead on? For example exactly 50% for something, or is it ok if it ends up being 48-53% because it’s close. Always wondered about this because I’m never dead on but really close

    My weakness is walking in kitchen seeing the brownies and I end up eating it 😐 I have 3 kids and I always make them snacks or something yummy 😋 it’s so hard, yes salads only for meal BIG NO NO eat salad with your meal than you will be full I always binge eat after only salad 🥗

    Also can’t agree with not having a plan for the gym. Just because it’s your way doesn’t mean it’s everyone’s. There’s times I say eh I’ll pop in to the gym do a few sets and a quick bike ride and leave and end up staying for over 2 hours. Times I go in with a long workout planned and am just not feeling it. To each their own but just because you say it’s the thing to do it doesn’t mean it is. I was never super heavy. But I was over where I wanted to be. Ive lost 24 lbs in 3 months while living basically the same lifestyle but being more active and eating healthier. You don’t have to do all the shit you’re saying (which is literally everything that comes up when you google how to lose weight) live your life, eat and drink what you want, just stay active.

    I have to disagree with that first part on healthy food. As long as you stay active you can eat basically as much as you want. I’ve for the hell of it weighed myself, ate 9oz of steak, potato salad and broccoli plus a soft drink, played drums for an hour and weighed myself afterwards. Same weight.

    Thanks for sharing this! At the end of the day, your nutrition will account for 95% of your results. At the end of the day, you can't outrun/out lift a bad diet!

    want to lose weight without hassle...take out from your diet all products with yeast like bread, picas and other pastries plus take out sugar as well, don't eat pies, chocolate, sweets, cookies and other stuff, replace with agave syrup and honey...I went from 95kg to 80kg like that without exercising at all...

      +sugar, spice, and go won's crunchy voice it took 1,5 month to lose that weight now,but Im losing weight already second time naturally and first time it took one week to lose 10kg.... another secret is Im drinking only distilled water and it's washing out all toxins out from the body...

    Low carb diets long term increase mortality!
    Low carb diet on a short term basis is ok. Just remove all the refined carbs and instead go for sprouted ancient grains like farro, spelt, barley, bulgur, millet, quinoa, etc...
