    9:56 tbh I’ve been watching this channel for a long time now. I had no clue y’all were in New York. Like I knew somewhere in the east coast but WOW. Hello from Los Angeles California! My 7 year old nephew is fascinated with all the buildings in New York and has actually been in that building/took a picture at the top when his parents went on a business trip to NYC.

    You could use an isi canister and use co2 charges on a hot sugar syrup mixture while constantly shaking to ensure it didn’t harden/set all at the bottom. They claim they can handle 50 bars of pressure which is around 725 psi.
    Then depressurization and hopefully some of the glasses have been trapped in the hard sugar.
    Wear goggles just in case?

    You should have made the candy mixture, poured it into a co2 whipping container than pressed it in between two pans with weights holding it down, while in the dehydrator
