McDonalds Employee Forced to Pay to Get Paid in Violation of Law

- This seems to be a trending issue as more & more low to minimum wage employees are BEING FORCED to pay to get paid, in this case illegally, as PA law states employees MUST be paid in cash or check. Employeres, looking to cut their payroll costs, get the banks to cut them cheaper deals to load employee pay on these debit cards. However, the employees find out to get the money off these cards cost them fees ranging up to 5.00 each time they use the cards. Most banks will not allow anyone with bad credit or no credit to open up a bank account thru ChexSystem, which most banks use before they issue accounts. This is even for a SAVINGS acct. without a bank acct you can't get direct deposit. This is happening more & more to good people. Hopefully this class action suit will bring this problem to more & more Americans' attention. Also, many employeres using this sysytem, whether illegally or not, depending on where they are, are getting kickbacks in the form of refunds, cashback, points, miles, incentives from the banks ( that WE bailed out against our will ), to do this to their employees. The working man gets stiffed!! Not only that but this forces you to unwillingly give an accounting for EVERY CENT you spend to a database that the banks have, and after the bailouts, remember who controls the banks....THE GOVERNMENT!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! If You're Not Pissed Off...You're Not Paying Attenetion!!!
