Sometimes we're left to uncover the wreckage
at the mercy of another’s decision
    He was almost seventeen.
Decided life was not worth living.
Put a gun to his pain.
To finally make it go away
and I hope you know that you're missed.
And even though your shell is gone in our hearts you still exist.
I just wish you knew how much you meant. To everyone around you. To those you never met.
    He was too young
    Taken by his own hand
    No one would understand
    Why he ended it all.
    But now you're gone
You left a hole in the hearts of those who treasured you the most. You may have left your mark but you left us all in the dark.
    So I'll sing
    For the weak
For the broken, those in need
    And I'll keep
    My heart in reach
Left wide open, set you free
    You were loved.
I always saw a light in you and a smile on your face. Full of passion, full of purpose, ready to take your place. I guess we'll never understand why you chose to say goodbye, but when a future is as bright as yours, we are left to wonder why.
    There's so many things I wish I would've said.
The flashbacks replay in my head.
This song is all that I have because
    You're never coming back
-- In memory of Louis Pulford --

I used to have a friend named Dean Fetters who went to my old school and used to go to my church quite a bit. He started at my school in 7th grade and then unfortunately, later that year, his best friend committed suicide. He was ok but I can't even imagine how heartbroken the family and friends of that dude were :(

It's hard to wrap your head around, but in the US we lose close to 50 thousand people to suicide every single year. If a hurricane, earthquake, or terrorist act took even 10% that many lives, the country would be absolutely shaken. This track is jaw dropping and the message is just as relevant now as it was when they released it 3 years ago. Thank you Wage War.

Depression sucks. Almost ended my life a few weeks ago. Once depression hits, there is nothing that will help until it goes away on its own. Just such an awful feeling.

A buddy of mine committed suicide a few months before this song was released. He was about to turn 15 on June 20th which was the day before my birthday. The one thing I will always remember him by was his smile. R.I.P lil' bro and all those who took their own lives 💙🙏

I lost my good friend March 27, 2017. But here's the thing, it wasn't suicide. He was 22, just joined the police force, and wanted make a change in the world. He was murdered. So you wanna know what's just as bad as suicide? All the fucking hate in this world.

Here in 2019 just to say I love all of you. Suicide seems to be creeping up more this year. Not just suicide but people/friends/family who are thinking of suicide. You will never understand the impact it will have on someone until you’re gone. Ive had a few friends going through some things and almost took their lives and it was the scarriest thing ever. If theres anyone out there who reads this and needs someone to talk to, go to my youtube channel and look for my insta or any way to contact me. If im the only person to be there for people then shit ill fight it with you. You’re all loved. ❤️

    Rest In Peace Louis Pulford.
I had my first suicidal thought around the age of 15. Currently I’m 22 and still dealing with it and the depression that comes along. I was just crying and feeling hopeless and went online to listen to music, I came across this song and the lyrics “Put a gun to his pain” is how I mentally express how extreme this pain feels. Staying strong and trying to grow stronger with Christ.

A 15 year old YTP-er, whose videos I really killed himself a few days ago. He decided to end it all just like my ex-classmate did a year ago, right a day before her 15th birthday. Regardless if you know anything about TVclip Poops or not, if you feel compassionate and could possibly help out her family financially to make them able to finance his funeral, it would be appreciated. The goal is 5,000 dollars and they are 1,000 short. Just thought this would be an adequate place to spread the news outside of the YTP community. Thank you all. (this may end up in spam, due to the link, but at least I tried)
