This one is to address the comments of those who will claim that, "state law says they can ask you to exit and search if they smell marijuana….. Bla bla bla".
Or "he didn't comply with the officers instructions" etc etc.
      - "The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose, since its unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment... In legal contemplation, it is as inoperative as if it had never been passed... Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no right, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection and justifies no acts performed under it... A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing law. Indeed insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, (the Constitution JTM) it is superseded thereby. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." Bonnett v. Vallier, 116 N.W. 885, 136 Wis. 193 (1908); NORTON v. SHELBY COUNTY, 118 U.S. 425 (1886). - "Under our system of government upon the individuality and intelligence of the citizen, the state does not claim to control him/her, except as his/her conduct to others, leaving him/her the sole judge as to all that affects himself/herself." Mugler v. Kansas 123 U.S. 623, 659-60.
"Statutes that violate the plain and obvious principles of common right and common reason are null and void." Bennett v. Boggs, 1 Baldw 60,
2] " '[I]n order to justify an investigative stop or detention the circumstances known or apparent to the officer must include specific and articulable facts causing him to suspect that (1) some activity relating to crime has taken place or is occurring or about to occur, and (2) the person he intends to stop or detain is involved in that activity. Not only must he subjectively entertain such a suspicion, but it must be objectively reasonable for him to do so: the facts must be such as would cause any reasonable police officer in a like position, drawing when appropriate on his training and experience [citation], to suspect the same criminal activity and the same involvement by the person in question. The corollary to this rule, of course, is that an investigative stop or detention predicated on mere curiosity, rumor, or hunch is unlawful, even though the officer may be acting in complete good faith. • No Body Cam Not Guilty

Not only are cops killing people but they also set people up like they did to OJ which ended up getting him acquitted. Wether he was guilty is not relevant. They are not suppose to plant gloves 🧤 on a crime scene to secure conviction.
So they tell you to lower your window then say they smell marijuana. If you had kept all windows closed except one , they would not have justification to search your car for the scent of weed since without cross wind in your vehicle , it would almost be impossible to smell weed. He is lucky these cops were not from Jersey City or the South Bronx , other wise he would have been facing a misdemeanor or even worst a felony . Cops who search vehicles should be required to turn on body cams. People should not get convicted on, he said she said. Number one reason police look for in a murder case is Motive. In this incident the motive is there. Retaliation for not obeying police command. The police admitted in this video that the police stepped it up. Step it up for what? If the driver was guilty police always step it up so why were they “Stepping it up now” if there is no crime. There should definitely be some sort of point system . If police say they smell weed and 5 out of 5 times they don’t find anything, they should be required by law to get their nose surgically removed and replaced with a working one+ suspended for one year for using the smell of weed to search anyone’s vehicle 🚗

The Bona Fide way to win a law suit against the "qualified immunity" usurpers is YOU have to have a "Declaratory Decree" entered into the record from a court of record beforehand (*), then you sue them under USC Title 42 1983
    * Now they're criminally and monetarily liable for their unlawful actions against you under federal law!
42 U.S. Code § 1983.Civil action for deprivation of rights
Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.
    (R.S. § 1979; Pub. L. 96-170, § 1, Dec. 29, 1979, 93 Stat. 1284; Pub. L. 104-317, title III, § 309(c), Oct. 19, 1996, 110 Stat. 3853.)

I hate how police use their weapons and guns to force people to do unlawful things. What happens when one is to deny such an order even though it may be 100% within their rights to not comply. They just gonna shoot you, break your window, use unessecary force, and get away with such battery under crazy unessecary circumstances.
