Sad how Tim Cook destroyed much of what apple was doing ( actually making things ). Apple used to do new things, now, just make expensive things and dongles

One interesting product worth mentioning was the eMate. Released in 1997, in was $800. ($1300 in 2019.) It was extremely light weight at 4 pounds and had about 30 hours of charge time. This was the same year the Powerbook G3 came out which ran the Mac OS and was $5700. ($9000 in 2019) Price alone made the eMate seem like a steal. Except it ran the Newton OS which for many was a dealbreaker.

That's genuinely awesome that Apple and Microsoft basically collaborated on designing software in the early 2000's. Big ups

Apple is killing themselves again though. I dont understand this video. Prices went up, sales went down. Prices went down, sales went up. Now prices are starting to go back up and sales are slowing down yet again. Rinse and repeat.
Whoever wrote this video needs to watch the video because the beginning of the video describes the current state of Apple. High prices, little change and no Steve.

Good and short video documentary about Apple's come back. I wonder if you all will ever do a long format documentary? I am sure you have the skills to do so. If you all wanted to.

I just want to note: it wasn't hard for Job's to convince Microsoft to invest since Microsoft was under investigation for anti-competitiveness. So basically in order to get out of the lawsuits, Microsoft helped there competitor, Apple. At least that is how i understood it from doing some research.

PC People hate apple, but Apple makes a damn good product. iPhones are the top 9 most popular phones in the US for a reason. Macbooks are excellent products, Macs too. They have great value too, even though most people think they aren't. However, they're not good for gaming, so everyone will downvote this.

Less powerful than a PC? Small improvements with each model? A bigger pricetag? Lots of marketing gimmicks? So you're saying...

_Apple hasn't changed at all in 25 years?_

You sure put an interesting spin on it.. it was more like Microsoft bought a BUNCH of apple shares to save them from going bankrupt because the government was on Microsoft's case about being a monopoly and wanted to break them up.

Well鈥 Since you always ask for suggestions and this video does mention Jobs' hiatus from Apple would a video about what he's done before his comeback - NeXT and Pixar - be worth it?
Also I've always been curious about the details of MicroSoft 'stealing' the GUI from Apple鈥 Any story there worth being told in 5min鈥?
