Who's buying the Pixel 4 this year?
I'll wait for the note 11pixel don't offer what you paid for
I bought the pixel 4 and I'm loving it. I saw the bad reviews but decided to give it a try...to me it's perfect!!!!
dual sim, personal google fi on esim and work Verizon on physical sim.
I got one because Verizon offered me $450 trade in value on my original Pixel XL. Still haven't turned in the old phone yet, and am tempted to return the 4 XL, but the camera going from still very good to amazeballs good has me learning towards keeping it.
So what if we go with one plus and install the gcam on it...if you ask me this is the best thing to do.
Nexus 5x still going strong
What's your opinion about acer predator triton 300 i5 9th gen
Tom Cruise in Minority Report!!!
Don’t buy an orange phone I beg of you.
Watching from my pixel 4!
What is that calm tune in the background?
That radar tech was also on the 2013 Note 3 and S4, but it was removed in later generations because it was a gimmick and nobody used it. Pixel 4, the biggest flop of 2019 mobile world.
Cannot decide what to buy these data to upgrade my mate 10pro. I want good camera with zoom and wideangle, stereo speakers, good flat screen, and not too big either... Any suggestions?
Teasing us with those _Minority Report_ gestures. Getting closer every time.
That's technology was seen in the Samsung s4
I think a lot of the reviews of Pixel 4 make too big of a deal about specs and ram. To the average user (myself)I don't need tons of ram, I hear talk about 10GB?! I can't imagine needing to hold that many apps in virtual memory running. I'm a heavy TVclipr and I have been running on 4GB ram 64GB storage (with Drive) for almost 2 years and only used 33% of my storage. If you're short on ram maybe you are doing too many things.
4:20 what is that skin? or what launcher?
Dave: Swipes hand once, sensor worksLinus: Has a swiping fit, sensor doesn't work
Clearly a fanboy trying to save the pixel 4
Nice video, but more importantly where can I get that awesome standing lamp?
"I like the iPhone 11 camera better." Proceeds to show several examples of why the Pixel 4 camera is better, including not taking pictures in yellow.
The thumbnail has aged very well 🤣
The only person I’ve seen who liked the pixel more was Linus, no clue how.
1:03 Does he have a pixel 4 in an s10 case. Lol
This technology is currently useless! Pixel 4 is an upset..
How much did google pay you?
Soli is a absolute waste of time.
only true google fans will get the pixel 4 cause the software is amazing, apple is amazing also but the ois is so restricted unlike android
TLDW version, you can like this phone if you're willing to lower the bar.
Voice! Your voice just perfect for video reviews! So clear, emotional but sooo softly 😍
Dave, please install Gcam on 7T and repeat the test!
I can't understand why you TVcliprs think that you are special and your reviews are very special and different, when they are all the same, and almost identical, mostly boring.
Great video 👍
Best camera without a wide angle lens? Is this some kind of joke Dave?
Bro, they were never a software company, they were a services company. That’s an easy mistake to make, so no disrespect intended. BUT... Google is no longer a services company. They are an advertising company, just like Facebook. Their services are just the medium to sell the ads, and they believe that they have the right to use your personal data at any time to sell you stuff. I still think they make amazing services (when they’re not unplugging the services we actually like and use, like TVclip annotations and Reader). I just think that like Apple, their mercenary (i.e. profiteering) nature is becoming more and more transparent and shameless, and it has a decidedly more sinister sheen, although not nearly as bad as Facebook.
"A company that makes hardware to flex how good there software is." -DaveLol they can't even run there own damn software THEY CREATE smooth on there hardware after a single year. The only android brand worth buying anymore is the Oneplus series, they get updates and they stay fast for years just like an iPhone. Something that could never be said about any android phone.
Dave Lee, thus this support 5g connection?
Did you just focus on the T-Series HQ XD ?
They should pay you for marketing consulting
0:13 Google is not a software company. Google is a data company. Their only goal is to collect as many and as different data as they can get. So far software is the best and easiest tool for google to collect data. They are clearly not limited to software - because as already mentioned twice their goal is data not software. And then they will sell this data. So the radar sensor is just one more sensor to collect different data for Google that they can sell to their business partners. You decide for yourself wether it is good or bad. It depends on perspective and situation. The idea of data as a resource for capitalistic systems is based on Jerimy Rifkins theory of the third industrial revolution. If you understand this, you will also understand, why Apple is expanding on internet and software services. Because they saw the saturation of the iPhone market and are now in the process to become another big data company.
I find odd that the verge bitches about apple’s lack of speaker diversity but didn’t say anything about how google had a pretty wide range
I'd love to see Dave do a review or test of the pixel camera port on OnePlus. Like the actual physical camera is not special on Pixel. It's software. Or at least that's what he alludes to.
NOT the same thing. This has been proven time and again; one notable comparison video was by MKBHD back in March.
i thought u were British for a while
I'm done with Google phones. Google have cheaped out too much this year with small batteries, limited onboard storage options and no free unlimited cloud storage. I'm buying an iPhone for the first time.
Great Video.can u share this awesome Green and blue Wallpaper. Thx
Hey d2d you forgot about the thing called Google camera on OnePlus...
Google doesn’t need Pixel to show the capability of their software they can work with Samsung to show that
I really wish I could find a review for these phones that didn't focus on the fucking camera.
The issue is the high price for what the phone offers.
Yes !MUMBAI! Yes 2:13
Xiaomi mi 9t still the best
Dave, you need better lighting for your face. We need to see that adorable face of yours.
Thumbs up Dave...one of the most honest opinion about the pixel 4 ... Can always count on you to give dead honest reviews .. 👍👍👍
Anyone know where he got those lights in the corner?
Let's all stop the hype, Google didn't bring their "A" game.
The only thing rader tech is good for, is changing songs while driving...why the hell u would use it for anything else?? You're already holding the phone!! like waving at your phone is soo much easier than just touching it smh..this is just dumb gimmick tech to keep their phone prices high every year
And if they didn't have a crap battery
You're killing me. I really care about camera but got spoiled by battery life/storage speed and size of the mate 20 pro. I have the pixel 4 in hand and I'm returning it for the OnePlus 7t. I have bad screen bleed at lower brightness and the storage ufs 2.1 won't even load my WD 1TB drive. I'm hoping the gcam will help the OnePlus 7t because I do prioritize the camera over a lot of things.
I turned off the motion gestures. Already. My battery is doing great so far 28 hours with out having to charge on normal use. Still 59%. The camera does amazing photos and the software is a winner.
Pixel 4 XL lost me with the Forehead of hell..... No fingerprint reader, lost 2nd selfie wide cam... Etc...OnePlus come on .... Do I even have to say.... Also I'm a proud owner of Nexus 6p, pixel 1 2 and 3
Shouldn't the mobile phone that has best camera be p30pro?
@Kevin Ryusan True. But in fact i used to think that all android phones had such problems comparing to iphone.😂
Nope !! That phone takes photos with horrible color reproduction
4:39 here is more bad news for you, mkbhd found out in the dev menu how to lock the 90hz and after that he said the battery life completely got fucked up worse, if i buy a 90hz phone i want it to always run 90hz not just sometimes, and if yo udo turn that on, it will even fuck the battery up more than it is already fucked up, probably 4 hrs tops SOT
Battery life is garbage on the Pixel phones ever since Android 10 update.
