I know your taken to all of the good places, but there has to be more misses on dishes then hits? I just question I have only seen one? Miss that I know way of. I like this better than the food tours. I just don’t care for places that have to pay to get you in and you have to pay to go in ect. Well you don’t pay.
I get free food because I tell them I am getting b roll for your ch and that you would be coming in latter. JOKE!!!! But actually that’s a great!!! In!! I could say someone like Gordon Ramsey and I got to get the b roll and have a menu as to what I need to order. Because he will order it and does not like his food cold. Oh my gosh!! That way is one of my best ideas!! Wow!!

I didn´t like the dim sum in metal steamers. I will always prefer in bamboo. Although the sizes are nice. And what you say about less greasy feeling also sounds good. But as all things, there are pros and cons. Likes and dislikes. Thank you and keep on doing great. I have a friend with flat buns, I will tell her to put some sesame on them. jajajajajaja!

Few people drink mix drinks. You missed out the very creamy white coffee, that's a $150 million export from Ipoh, miss out in Menglembu peanuts, also a huge export from Ipoh. Then the flaky Chinese cookies.....The best dim sum is Foshan Dim Sum restaurant.
