If you notice all the vehicles in the video of the Mustang are foreign makes. That should have told you something. Also, the Mustang was supposed to just be a base line mom car when it was produced

  • lex mark

That Mustang must be one of the rarest cars I've never seen a wagon but I don't understand why it's a muscle car when it only has two hundred horsepower ended 11.6 seconds and 0 to 60 that's not very good

The Mustang wagon isn't that unique. There are prototype versions of a Corvette and Firebird as wagons. I've seen a 60's Mustang limo, it had 4 doors and a vanity plate "only one". They took 2 cars to make it instead of just extending one.

What I like about the older cars you could swap engines, rear ends modify them the way you want them. I had a 1970 Chevelle Was going to clone it so it looked like a supersport, engine swap everything. I didn't like the tail light panel anyway it was totaled some idiot hit the car with a dump truck that sucked. The Mustang station wagon I like that one a neighbor of mine modified a Mustang it looked like the red one it was silver.

Cool cars but lame video. Except for the Mustang sport wagon prototype all of these cars are very well known. Perhaps the only people who have not heard of these cars are brain dead millennials! They don't know anything anyway! God help us all when they start running for political office!

  • wes alker
    wes alker 2 months ago

Most of these cars were (are) fairly common. I have personally seen all of them however, where is the "all smogged up", one year only, Pontiac Can Am? Or the first year, less than 700 car production run Pontiac Trans Am and it's 8 only convertibles?

  • IceColdSavage
    IceColdSavage 2 months ago

Ford never offered a Mustang station wagon. ... The wagon was made from a narrowed and sectioned 1967 Ford Country Squire roof. The combination of the roof line and the hard top without the B pillar make this Mustang wagon look like it came from the factory a long roof

Even though everybody loves the Dodge Hemi the 426, yeah that one's great, the real sleeper the real giant amongst the bunch is the Ford Cammer engine I think it's a 426 but it's got dual overhead cams in a V8 and the thing has like 800 horsepower that's the King Kong of the bunch there boys and girls

Mercury Cyclone? C'Mon now anyone who knows anything about Muscle Cars knows about the Cyclone, it's one of the rarest Muscle Cars in the auction market right now. It was Mercury's version of the Ford Gran Torino just like the Cougar was their Mustang.

    • Damon D Master
Damon D Master 2 months ago

Wrong its a version of the Torino. Grand Torino's didn't come out till the next body style.

  • The Red Comet
The Red Comet 2 months ago +1

Since when was the Ford Torino a forgotten Muscle Car? It's well known in the Muscle Car/Drag Racing world. Same with the Dodge Demon or Plymouth Duster

  • The Red Comet
The Red Comet 2 months ago

DeTomaso I would not consider to be a Muscle Car by any standard, more of an American attempt of a super car, definitely not American muscle tho

    • wes alker
      wes alker 2 months ago

Agreed. You can't just slap a FORD 289/300HP muscle motor in a car and call the car a muscle car. Ironically, the Italian name means mongoose, a rodent like animal that eats Cobras. And what car company produced the Cobra?

      @Damon D Master
      Thats sweet.
Our parents were the lucky ones. Rare cars were not so rare back in their days, lol.
Yes, they were limited productions, very few made but they had the chance to get them before they were ruined.
Its like my wifes Nissan Murano Special Edition Touring.
Only 5 in the country . ( fully optioned )
I ended up killing it by hitting a bear in the wee hours of the morning doing 85 mph.
Yeah, they made a million or 2 of them, but only 4 others were exactly like hers.
