I discovered this chanel because appeared to me in my suggestions other spanish channels that use your animation and only put their voices. Their has more suscriptors than you, and I can't belive it.

Hmm, you might be able to improve the quality of the output video and audio if that's your entire workflow.

1) Don't compress the audio if you're going to use AME, let AME do that in the final output. I noticed you both imported and exported compressed audio twice, so you're actually doing two lossy phases. Record in 16bit 48khz or 96khz 24bit audio first, and then export the wav file, however to avoid Animate from resampling, it's best to use 44Khz with Animate. At most the audio will be 10MB/minute, which is nothing compared to the video. Alternatively, if you are going to do the sounds in After Effects or Premiere, just swap in the original audio track in premiere to avoid the second compression altogether.

2) If you're going to work in Premiere, don't compress it in AME first. You can actually create an Adobe After Effects (at least in 2018) project with the SWF file from Animate, and then open the AEP project in Premiere. That may also give you the option of breaking the animate files up by scene so different people can work on them. That also lets you go back and fix things BEFORE baking the animation itself. Alternatively, just exporting the entire animation as a png sequence will retain the animation quality, and import the original audio track.

3) Add a slight video noise/grain either in After effects or Premiere before compressing it for TVclip, this will ensure that no color-banding where there should be gradients/shading happens by AME or TVclip's encoder. Doesn't appear to have a big effect with the average storytime youtuber, but the goal here is to give the compressor something to throw away other than the color gradient.

Desync issues with flash/animate happen because the audio playback does not match the encoding frame rate, which in Flash/Animate is always integer, but AME might be using a template that is intended for NTSC playback. You didn't show what settings you use in AME, so I can only presume it's the AME settings responsible for the deysnc. This is where things go sideways. The underlying mechanism by which Flash/Animate actually communicates with AME is by creating each frame one by one in the underlying flash player engine, which doesn't actually do drop-frame. On earlier versions of Creative Suite (I have CS4) on Windows, you could only export to AVI or MOV, no AME. So you were at the mercy of whatever video codec was installed on the system in Windows. On the MAC however Quicktime export tended to be the superior option. With AME however, the correct settings to upload to TVclip depends on a lot of things. IN CS4, the best option was h.264, HDTV 1080p 24fps High Quality, preset (1920x1080@24fps AAC 160kbps audio.) Not the TVclip Widescreen preset (which is 720p, and 64kbps audio.) But, like I said, it goes sideways here.

TVclip uses FFMPEG to dynamically compress streams, so ideally you upload the best possible thing, and rely on TVclip to compress it to the various device sizes. This could be sidestepped if you were using something like Krita (uses ffmpeg), OpenToonz (uses ffmpeg) or animating directly with Clip Studio Paint, because they don't go through a second compression stage from the vector stage, they compress the vector animation directly to the target mp4 output (by creating each frame as an uncompressed raster image.) Thus you can feed it "-movflags +faststart -c:v libx264 -preset slow -crf 18 -pix_fmt yuv420p -profile:v high -c:a aac -b:a 192k" so youtube gets a higher quality video to recompress on the fly.

So one way of side-stepping the entire three-stage compression loss is by having Adobe Animate export the entire animation as a png sequence, and a separate wav file export, and then re-assemble that sequence using FFMPEG if the problem is AME, which is what the other animation programs do anyway, or just import the entire sequence image sequence into premiere and thus only use AME once.
