Property 1. Hows it a 'charming bungalow' if there is a second floor?

Lee is NOT a property developer in my opinion, and I don't think he deserves to be on the show.

Dutchboy 2019 Not sure if you are aware of this (?) but all of your postings of GARDEN RESCUE and ESCAPE TO THE COUNTRY (not sure which other ones) have been blocked from coming into the US. There are no videos. Just fyi! Content has been blocked on copyright grounds by Freemantle International.

@Dutchboy 2019 things have changed, some for the better, some for the worse...
though I spent some time in DC, New York area, & in New England (nearer to Boston) rather then in the far Northwest (Ithaca, Buffalo.NY etc)... I do not live in the US now, but coming to visit you do see a lot of new things, you see the rise a new less race-conscious generation with more left-European ideas, but also a hard reaction; its a much more ideologically fractured society now.

@Dutchboy 2019 What an intelligent thing to do. Bravo. Did your parents stay here? My Mum came here right after the war (American father)... California, San Francisco in the late 50s, early 60s. An incredibly interesting and culturally rich place to grow up. VERY different world now. My very first friend (I was 2) in S.F, her mother was Dutch (we are still friends). I am happy my father is not alive today to see the state of this country. He'd be grinding his teeth and making yelping noises.

Property 3, what a dreadful landlord and just leaving the house in that sort of state for someone to live in. Holes in walls etc. Even though he says the current renters are happy, I feel sorry for them.

That guy has been in the show other times and always goes cheap on the renovations. With that mentality, no wonder why his girlfriends end up leaving him.
