    Diet/hard wprk/sadly some drug use(not all!)/ camera angles, makes a huge differents....All these actors are usually a lot smaller and guys super sorry but those 40 pounds added in 12 weeks was roids not natural at all. Sorry. Also he didn't look 200 plus maybe everyone body different. I am the same height as him and look bigger than him. But like I said camera angles and roids and lies on weights

    That seems like a really safe way to do deadlifts, hex and with them raised at the beginning. There's only one hex bar at my gym so I don't even use it, because I don't want to depend on something where I can't depend on access.

    Was listening to a podcast of Dorian Yates and he commented on actors such as Hugh Jackman who couldn’t have gotten ripped and that big in as short a time as he did.
    Also The Rock: roids.
    Anyone who has spent time in the gym knows it takes a lifetime to get a body naturally.
