depends on where you plan on being: 1) if you're gonna close to home and not too far in the woods I would say a good firestarter in case you DO get lost and need to stay warm and a good knife; 2) gonna be out in the woods for more than a day then a good firestarter, warm clothes, a SAT phone, and, again, a good knife....there are many variables depending on where you plan on being....but of course always leave a detailed itinerary at home with someone of where you plan on being in case you don't make it back in a pre-determined time frame....

Pims are like Jaffa Cakes I think they're an Aussie snack or maybe European but unlike Jaffa Cakes you can actually find 'em in stores in the States. They are absolutely delicious!

Why? What's wrong with public or private education? I think it just depends on the situation but the social aspect of education and working in groups is important as well.

On your last video just a thought, how about a little roof on back of shed for dry firewood. Be great to have a few days stocked up cause if you could not had gotten out as wet (snow, rain, ice ) as it was. You would have survived but some dry stockpile of wood would have been the difference between surviving and thriving. Just a thought.

WAY Ta GO 7 months ago +2

@TheOutdoorGearReview Hi Luke, I'm English (though living in France) a "jaffa" is an alternative name for an orange, so orange cake. We always used to call a large seedless orange a Jaffa when I was growing up. Also, with the North West UK's wicked sense of humour, Jaffa was also a slang name for guys who couldn't fill a pram :-) Enjoying the channel; all the best.

TheOutdoorGearReview It’s not a color I’d choose but otherwise yes! Looks similar to an OR hat I have but I don’t believe it is that one.
