    Never poach eggs in plastic or cling wrap. The molecules expand and some part of it may mix in the egg and cause cancer. Never boil, heat or cook plastic. That's hazardous

    It looks so delicious. I watched your hollandaise sauce previously. And I made it for my channel getting inspired by you. I used to take hollandaise sauce as dip cream or with baked chicken. Now I know it’s proper use. Every term of egg Benedict is so delicious.But Is it healthy to boil in plastic wrap ??

    heya I saw your viedeo on poached eggs. if they are made in the "plastic bag" it take 3 minutes ish but why do 2of them in one bad take 6 mins? cheers! and your blog is really lovely and helpful! greetings from germany:)

    Why would you boil the eggs for 8 minutes? They're not supposed to be hard boiled I've seen other recipes only asked for about 3 to 4 minutes tops
