    I really like the series, but I just gotta say.. not enough toppings and a heavy bias towards toppings. Toppings are very subjective, so I understand you gotta just choose a few to make an episode, but they leaned heavily towards mortadella, and maybe mushrooms. Like others are saying: prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, so many other veggies, etc.

Ty Andy for the pomegranate chicken. The pine nut butter is crack. Cast iron pizza is also in our repertoire.

    What could they seek to "make perfect" next?
    Classic Breakfast (bread (toast(English muffin, sourdough) or pastry (coffee cake, scone, muffin)), pancakes or waffles, protein (bacon, sausage (link or strips), eggs (scrambled, fried, poached (temperature)), side (hashbrowns (cubed, smashed, shredded)
    So much fun to see the opinions and brain work occur.
    The planning of a great standard recipe that is meant to appease the masses.
